    Good morning everyone. It is currently 68F/20C. It is slightly sunny at the moment, but we are supposed to get some good thunderstorms coming through. We actually got one early this morning. I took the dog out for her morning duties and noticed the my transplanted arugula got pelted pretty good with rain. It was all laying on the ground instead of standing up.

    Good morning....it is bound to be morning somewhere in the world...all. We went away for a two day getaway for our anniversary and just got home about an hour ago.

    Amanda had some friends over for an overnight get together Saturday night, a few stayed thru Sunday night and the last one went home a few minutes ago. Trash was picked up and Amanda was doing dishes when we got home. None of them slept much and I don't expect to see much of Amanda until tomorrow morning.

    Welcome home, toni, and good morning all! Glorious day here so far (09.40), partly sunshine and 10 deg C/50 deg F. I didn't sleep well last night, keep waiting for that phone to ring and announce the coming of our grandchild. I'm off to play in the dirt.

    Morning all, just another hot and humid day in store for us here. It was 95F/35C yesterday but with the high humidity it felt like 103/39C Have I mentioned lately that I HATE summer?

    Because of the temps and for various reasons, I have not been out to play in the dirt for 6 days and I am getting just a tad bit bad-tempered, cantankerous, crabbed, cranky, cross, disagreeable, fretful, grouchy, grumpy, irascible, irritable, nasty, petulant, querulous, snappish, snappy, surly, testy, ugly, waspish, peevish........pick your favorite, they all fit today.

    Good Morning Everyone! It is 0830 here in Carefree and currently 71F/22C headed to 88F/31C and later in the week 104F/40C and up. Sunny as usual but we had such a nice week after 110F/43C! dropped down to 50's/10C and 60's/16C for a few days with some rain........such a huge treat for us here in AZ (even had SNOW in Flagstaff last week!!!!) I guess I best head out for my walk before it heats up too much. Compared to Phoenix, Carefree is 'usually' about 10 degrees cooler on average......so the elevation does help a bit! Wishing everyone a wonderful day!

    morning to all. I have just a few minutes to spare. Its now 4:30 a.m. and 27 degr.F Yes we do have frost on the car windows. I'll be leaving for work real soon. I don't get to post much here any more. Well better get my car warmed up and get on the road. Have a good day.

    Massive thunder storms and gales here last night. I was really hoping to get to the allotment, but I don't think I will bother as it is going to be like a swamp! Come back summer, all is forgiven.

    Good morning all. It was just above freezing here last night in vermont. A frost and freeze warning was issued for the area. I am glad that I have waited on putting the toms in the tires. I would like to know when the winter will finally let go of its death grip on the north east! :-?
