Good morning all. Going to be a searing day today, close to 100 with the humidity around 70%. I found the mathematical forumla used to determine the heat index, how hot is actually feels when you go outside. This is for when the Temp is above 80F and the humidity is above 40%....this is the short version
    HI = c_1 + c_2 T + c_3 R + c_4 T R + c_5 T^2 + c_6 R^2 + c_7 T^2R + c_8 T R^2 + c_9 T^2 R^2\ \,

    where

HI\,\! = Heat index (in degrees Fahrenheit)
T\,\! = ambient dry-bulb temperature (in degrees Fahrenheit)
R\,\! = relative humidity (in percent)
    c_1\,\! = -42.379
    c_2\,\! = 2.04901523
    c_3\,\! = 10.14333127
    c_4\,\! = -0.22475541
    c_5\,\! = -6.83783×10−3
    c_6\,\! = -5.481717×10−2
    c_7\,\! = 1.22874×10−3
    c_8\,\! = 8.5282×10−4
    c_9\,\! = -1.99×10−6

Personally I just go to WFAA.com/weather and let them tell me what it is ;)

I love your weather formula. I listen to forecasts, but here on the coast I just "wait and see". In otherwords be prepared for anything.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 19°C and pouring rain. Rain is a GOOD thing other than the fact that today is soccer day. The games go on unless there is a thunderstorm, so it looks like I'll be spending the day under an umbrella. At least I won't have to water the gardens.
    Have a great day all!

Hello all and a very good morning / afternoon. A bit windy but nevertheless a glorious day out. Football/soccer fever has gripped Sweden today as they play Spain in the major European tournament. Should be a great game and I'll be shouting for the yellow and blue!

    Current temps: 15 deg C / 59 deg F.

    Have a fun Friday!

Good Morning All.......just another Hot Arizona day here. I just heard on the radio they are issuing a 'heat advisory' !?!?!? Summer is always really hot so nothing new there :) Our monsoons will come in July and August and that is when it gets humid too. We will probably fly to California quite a bit in July to be near the ocean and escape. Meanwhile I just get up really early and enjoy the mornings. Hope everyone has a wonderful day out there!

Good Luck for the blue and gold. It's a gorgeous Carolina morning and I've worked on the strawberry patch this am, cutting compost and mulching. No better way to spend a lovely day.

Good morning all, sunshine and 15 deg C/ 59 deg F today. A good day for being outside, but we can't do anything noisy or too obvious. I'm off to the stables, and then we've got a birthday party to attend. It'll be a good Sunday, hope you'll have a good one too!

Good morning all Stewbies, slighly overcast here in Malmö but other than that it's a pleasant day. Sweden lost 2-1 in the football yesterday which was a real bummer but it's still all to play for on Wednesday.

    Current temps: 13 deg C / 55 deg F.

    Have a shining Sunday!

Good day to all from other that the North Woods, here in southern Wisconsin. The birthday party for 4 year old grandson Alex was successful mayhem, for the kids and adults alike. Alex's favorite gift was a pair of well padded "Hulk" fists that roared after each punch. He was punching everything and every one that got too close. He learned very quickly where and when he could swing at a given target. Clothes and such were of little interest except to his Mom. Even the money didn't impress him. It's toys, toys, toys! It must be great to be 4, and live for the toys.

Good afternoon! I missed morning by about an hour but I've been out trying to reclaim some more flower beds. It's about 100 here and that's in the shade. I'm about to go take a shower but need to finish this tea first. Have a good day. dooley.
