Good morning all. 101 yesterday and probably the same today, the humidity level is climbing and so is the feels like temp. While the sky is sometimes filled with the loveliest large white fluffy clouds and some thunderheads, they just can't break thru the heat cap that is on top of us again so no rain for us.

Extreme drought conditions are returning to my little part of paradise  It was so nice to see the local lakes, which also happen to be the water supply for cities here, filled to their max during the winter and spring. But by fall that will be no more than a pleasant memory :(

Good afternoon all. It is a lovely sunny day with 27°C. I was out in the back garden really early this morning weeding and now I will stop for some lunch. I think I will try to build an arbor this afternoon. Wish me luck!
Have a great day all :)

Good morning/afternoon! It's hot and humid here and there's been a sprinkle or two. The sky is darkish so I probably won't stay here too long. We've had over an inch of rain and that's good. Hope it rains some more. dooley

    Good Morning all Stewbies.

We are in for three more days of constant rain down here. Already had four days of rain and about 16,000 people were already displaced because of the rain. Temperatures range from 12 to 16 degrees C and thougth it is not really cold per se, the wetness makes it very unpleasant for the shackdwellers.

Toni you can have some of our soft rains. ;)

Good morning, another grey day here. Temps are about 17 deg C/63 deg F and it's dry and windy. No rain forecast for the next week up here, but lots of it to the south-east. I find it very funny that Palm Tree's winter temps and our summer temps are pretty much the same.

Good morning all. Still and what seems like forever, it is too hot to be outside so I water in the evening and hibernate during the daylight hours.

With Randy out of town until Friday, Amanda and I picked up quick to fix meals for us and I am starting the re-do of the kitchen cabinets. I need to clean out unused stuff and do some painting on the inside.

Good Morning! It is another rather warm day here, the usual 43C / 110F. The forecast is showing more predictions of thunderstorms closer to the weekend, but it still can happen if conditions are right.

On friday evening for our pool party we sort of dreaded the hot temps (started at 7pm for that reason) and then the rain came. We had plenty of covered area and it was so wonderful!!! It cooled nicely to upper 70's / 25C 'ish and most of the girls needed sweatshirts (you get cold easy when you've adapted to the heat!) No sweatshirt for me, I thought it was great. The rain stopped and we watched the fireworks about 9. More rain please....

Good morning! It's sunny and humid today but no rain is predicted for today. Yesterday we had showers on and off all day and lost electric briefly. The fire is still burning but they say it will be controlled by Friday. We still hear the helicopters going over with water and retardant. They have let the people back to their homes in the town but not in the outlying areas. Have a good day. dooley

I'm happy for those people, Dooley. I hope they manage to quench that fire.

Good morning, another lovely summer's day in mid-Norway. Temps are already at 18 deg C/64 deg F and will probably reach 25/77 by early afternoon. We're packing, but take time to enjoy the outdoors. Got lots of weeding to get sorted before we leave. Have a lovely Tuesday!

Gooood morning / afternoon to all Stewbies. Well the weather bubble seems to have burst here and the rain is making the occasional showing. The air is lovely and fresh as a result though.

    Current temps: 18 deg C / 64 deg F.

    Have a top Tuesday!

Good morning! It's a bit after twelve. No sign of rain yet. Yesterday we had a few showers. My one tomato is growing at a steady rate. I also have two peppers and an eggplant growing. Have a good day! dooley
