Gooood morning / afternoon all Stewbies. It easy to start to feel a shortening of the days now as summer trudges on. Guess it's time to enjoy the sun while it's there :)

    Current temps: 18 deg C / 64 deg F.

    Have a fun Friday!

The North Woods missed another one. The storms last night passed south of us. We caught the northern edge of the line as it swept through the state. Some rain, just enough to mess up the satellite TV, and thunder in the distance. While I can do without the storms, the water would be nice. The woods are lush from the rains earlier, but the water table is low, as is the lake, 2.5 feet below being full. Some one told me that it takes 192 million gallons to raise the water level of our 550 acre lake 1 foot. I'm going to do my own calculations and see if I come close to the same figures. The sun is peeking through a few holes in the cloud cover, and when it does, you can see the humidity in the air. There is a haze in the sunlight. Even though it's only 62 degrees out there, I should probably close the windows. Off to a new day, enjoy.

Good Morning. We ran all of our errands yesterday so I don't have much planned today. Our forecast is for hot and humid so I probably won't do much outside. Have a good day. Wannabe

Morning all, just another sunny summer day here.

The youngest grandson has been spending the week with us. Last night was the second night he tried to stay up until sunrise but I don't think he made it. Grampa got up about 6 to get ready for work and found him sound asleep. I'll have to ask him when he wakes up.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 19°C and looking to be a great day. We had a storm last night so all the gardens are well watered. I need to go out and start staking some plants up before the next storm hits. I have some Shasta Daisy's that come up to my chin. I've never seen them so tall!
Have a great day all :)

    Have a sterling Saturday!

Good Sunday morning all. Currently 18°C with light rain. I had planned to work in the garden first thing this morning, but now it looks like I'll be catching up on some housework. That's OK...the gardens are getting watered so that's a good thing.
Have a great day all :)

A very good morning / afternoon to all Stewbies. Today's weather cannot make up its mind, one minute the sky is full of grey foreboding and the next it's a blue canvas. Go figure :)

    Current temps: 18 deg C / 64 deg F.

    Have a fun Sunday!

Morning all, about to take Randy out for a birthday breakfast....we go out for breakfast every Sunday morning but this one just happens to have a name to it ;)

Going to be hot and dry again today. Frank I will gladly trade you some blue canvas sky for any and all of the grey foreboding you want to get rid of. I don't want to hog it all and we have had so much of it this summer we have more than enough to share. Please!!!
