    Good morning, 8C/46F and windy today. The girls are happily reviewing their presents from yesterday evening, and I just woke my husband up with my singing. :oops:

    Today is the big boiled halibut dinner day. I'm looking forward to that, but first I need to go tend the animals.

    Wishing you all a peaceful Christmas Day!

    Good morning all. Only 7:40 a.m. and I'm up by myself. With no little ones anticipating Santa now, it means a slow start to the day here. We will be picking up Mom in a couple of hours and heading over to Lisa's with a sleigh or rather a car filled with gifts.

    Good morning, another grey, windy, warm day here. I think the thermometer's stuck on 8C/46F, but it won't budge no matter how hard I shake it. :D

    We've got nothing planned for today, so I'm going to enjoy doing nothing. It makes a nice change. :D Have a nice Friday.

    Good pm;
    Christmas was happy and congenial. We're heading toward the 60's today. I'm recovering from a little too much "indulgence" yesterday. It was oh so good.

    Good morning all. We got our rain for the month of Dec early this morning...a whoppin' 3/8ths of an inch. The storms have moved off, the sun is shinning :( and the wind is blowing ...we are under a Red Flag Warning now for enhanced chances of wildfires.
    But at least it will be cooler than yesterday, the high temp of 83 set a record for the date.

    I am going to undecorate what little decorating I did and try to get some organizing in my room done.

    Good morning all from Athens.
    Temperature last night was 40f and we have snow in mountains North of Athens, weather is cloudy with rains.
    I have stored my plumeria seedlings in a box type closed veranda, most of those have yet green leaves and others go to dormancy.
    Other potted plants (olive/lemon trees-cycads-etc are outside in my veranda.
    I think year by year winter is colder and summer hottest in Greece.
