Good morning! It's sunny and I've been outside. It's not too cold without all the wind we had yesterday. I'm going back out to move some dirt around and put some mulch on the rose bushes. dooley

Morning all, we've got 8C/46F, lots of rain and the strong winds are still here. Down to gale force now, but back up to storm later today or this evening. :sigh:

It's been like this for three days, and we're in for a couple more before it turns colder again.

    Enjoy your Monday.

Good Monday morning all. Currently -8°C and mostly cloudy. Tomorrow will be the first day of a deep freeze so I'm going to try to get outside and enjoy the day today. But first I need to do my mountains of laundry...I finally got a new dryer yesterday and I'm dying to try it out!
Have a great day all :)

Good morning! It's sunny here, but cold. The forecast said this will be the coldest week of the winter. I hope they are right. I like warm. dooley

Good morning all. Upper 60's for today :'(
If the MacFarland Signature developes in the Upper Jet Stream later this week the temps could be down in the single digits and teens for a few days....but if it doesn't then the temps will stay 30's to upper 40's.
Personally I am hoping for the MacFarland but that's just me.

I am going plant shopping today. I want a couple of smallish shrubs for containers in front of Amanda's bedroom window and I am going to fill the three wheelbarrows out back with pansies. I don't usually buy pansies but they have some really pretty colors at the garden center.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -5°C with snow squalls. The temperature will drop this afternoon and continue to fall for the next few days. I've just carried in enough firewood to last for the next 4 days. Wake me when it's over!
Have a great day all :)

Good morning all. 29 degF/2degC this morning, wish I could say we had some precip in the forecast with the cold coming later this week, anyprecip would be nice.

I have grocery shopping for Mom to do this morning and it might be warm enough this afternoon to finish planting the snaps and pansies. If not then I will knit.

Good Wednesday morning all. Holy smokes, it's COLD outside...-29°C !! My nostrils almost froze together out there! LOL
I got the kids all bundled up for school and luckily the buses were early.
Today I'll keep the woodstove stoked and make some homemade bread and stew for supper tonight.
Have a great day all :)
