Good Monday morning all. Currently -2°C and snowing. Overnight we had rain, freezing rain, ice pellets and then snow. I went out to the wood shed to get a few logs and the doors are frozen shut! I tried to bang off the ice but it's too thick so I'll have to wait until it melts off I guess.
Today I have lots of laundry to do.
Have a great day all :)

Good morning all. Today has to be a sitting and reading day for me, I can still hardly move from the marathon garden bed creating day on Saturday.

Yesterday was our first totally windless day in what seems like months, very unusual for us to have as much wind as we have in the last 10 months.

We have had way more wind than usual the past year too Toni. I will always remember 2008 as the year of wind and rain. This year is starting out windy too.

    Hello all fellow Stewbies.
My garden is watered, I had coffee, I played with my dogs, my hubby went off to work, my children are doing (I suppose what they should be doing) and I am contented. Later I just need to make a couple of hundred sandwiches to take through to the new batch of homeless people. Homeless since a new fire that started up last night destroyed most of their houses. (THis is in a squatter camp where the shacks are one practically on top of the other and a fire sweeps so quick through it). For now I will stew a bit.
Have a great day everyone. :stew1:

Good morning, another grey, windy but so far dry morning on the coast of mid-Norway.

Temps are 6C/43F, and I'm off shortly. I tried to tidy borders yesterday, but the dead bits blew everywhere and I blew back inside. Good luck with your sandwiches Palm Tree. You're so kind to help out.

    Enjoy the Tuesday all.

Good morning! It's gray and cloudy out with a bit of a breeze. We sat on the porch and watched the cardinals chase across the yard. They wouldn't stop for a picture though. Rain by night fall and it's in the forecast for the next seven days. dooley

Good morning all. Overcast and muggy this morning. Cold front moving thru early tomorrow morning but our rain chances don't really start until tomorrow and last only about three days.
This is the first chance of a decent amount of rain we have had since last May and I am almost afraid to say anything for fear of jinxing it.

Mom has an appt with a new doctor today so no yard work for me. Guess I will get dishes and laundry caught up instead

Good Morning. It is cool and rainy here. It rained all night with hard rain a couple of times. It is to continue today and tonight. I am not planning a lot today which means I'll probably be busy. Have a good day. Wannabe

    Good morning all Stewbies.
We are in for another hot day. It is already 26 deg C outside.

I must just make sure my babies have nice clean cool water then I must leave to go and help - my turn to make sandwiches for the firefighters today. Some of them have been working for 36 hours straight.. they are totally exhausted.
    Have a good day everyone.

Good morning! It's pouring rain outside, of course, since we are taking Glenda to Houston to the airport this morning. Yesterday was a beautiful warm day. Have a good day. dooley
