    Good morning, another lovely day here om May 1st. Already 15C/59F and sunny. They keep forecasting rain, and it never comes. :D

    May 1st is a national holiday, so the girls are home from school. I feel an urge to sing La Marseillaise or something.

    We're off to the stables shortly and then we're going to dive into the garden and sow, sow, sow. Yay!

    TGIF. Yesterday very stressful at the urban school where I work... I am thankful for my little garden in my little neighborhood and the weekend. Supposed to rain until Tuesday but that is good. Someone in another thread described walking around the garden in rain gear with a cup of coffee -- that is what I will do. Have a lovely Friday, all.

    Good morning all. Starting out overcast today but will probably clear up later :(
    Think I will be out front creating more of the front garden. I never dreamed this spring would be as wet as it has been, seems like old times out there and that's put me way behind on transferring plants :rolleyes:

    Good morning! Cloudy here but no rain. I'm going to try to get some tomatoes put in some buckets today. There is always gardening things to get done and if it's not raining I'd like to be outside. dooley

    Good morning, today stars on a wetter and chillier note, but we needed the little bit of rain we had.

    Temps are 12C/54F and the sun's trying to win over the clouds. We're going shopping, and we're off to the stables later too. Enjoy your Saturday, have fun.

    Good Saturday morning all. Currently just 3°C but sunny and calm. We have had so much rain this week that my yard is half under water. The grass is getting really green too so as soon as it dries a bit it looks like I'll have to mow it for the first time. The gardens are greening up nicely and the weeds are growing even quicker! I'll be spending the day in the yard :D

    No time at all outside yesterday -- had a pet emergency that had to be dealt with. Today it is supposed to rain ALL DAY!! We need it but I missed my outdoors time this weekend. It is a nice steady Spring rain. Happy Sunday, all.

    Good morning all. We had rain yesterday, rain and rain and rain. My rain gauge out back measured 4.25 inches (10.8 cm) Came down in three different storms between 3 pm and midnight. Randy got called out for Storm Spotter duty during the first two storms since there were tornadoes and hail reported in them ...but we just go lots of rain.

    Good morning! Goodness I just looked and it's afternoon already. We had a BIG storm go through here this morning with lots of lightning, thunder and rain. Now, it's a mix of sun and clouds. It should stay nice until Wednesday when we have to go to College Station. dooley
