looks like i got me some clouds today with possible rain later on.

the temps are good though...

 

A North Woods good morning to you all. Lord knows we need the rain, and I shouldn't complain, but since the snow has left us, the rain has come. Not a lot in total accumulation, but some wet most every day. I'd like to see a day soon that I can get out there and get a start on the spring work. But as I said, we need the rain, and I'm sure that the days will come for work soon enough.

Rain today, not tomorrow, then Sat, Sun and Mon! It is OK, it will be hot hot hot, soon enough. The temp is about 70 (F) and there is the loveliest breeze blowing sweet iris fragrance through my house. A whole bunch were blown over by wind and rain so I cut them and brought them in and they smell heavenly.

Hello all stewbies.
Wow - we have rain. In fact I think we will have rain for at least three days.
Temps are between 17 and 22 Deg Celsius. This makes for lovely weather in which to first take my usual morning jog and then I will go and have a look at how my Paperwhites are doing. I hope you all have a great Friday on the Stew.
Why thanks Toni - it is lovely to be 'back' THe Indian Premier League is about two-thirds thru and we still have about two weeks work on it. (Hope that explans why I have been so 'quiet'.) ANd I am helping my husband with his company in this time.

 

Good morning everyone,

Its a sunny morning here so far, and no frost overnight, so I'm going to cut the grass this morning.
I bought some flowers lastnight, with plans to plant them this weekend, and they say that we are getting snow possibly on Sunday......cant freaking believe it, and its a long weekend here too, Mondays a holiday and we may have snow by then.........figures huh

 

Back to work today. :-| I am sitting here looking at my untrimmed figs out the window and thinking I am very late in cutting them back. I will have to do it tomorrow -- rain or not! I hope the folks who still have frost have warmth from now on.

 

Yesterday we had some pretty high winds and when I returned home from work, my beautiful Serviceberry tree had broken leaving a 2' stub. : (
It was in bloom too.

Good morning. Another bright and sunny one here. Yesterday we had all of 18C/64F. This is beginning to look like summer.

We're off on our Saturday trip soon and after that we're going to be digging, planting and moving.

Its wet and cool here , but no white stuff, and thats fine by me
Brad and i are off to a garden centre today, going to get some peppers (nothing hot), and some peas that have been started, i have quite a few pepper plants that i started, but nothing without heat, so i want to get a few peppers

 

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 10°C, raining and windy. This is a long weekend and the weather is NOT going to be nice for what is typically the biggest planting weekend. Tomorrow's low is -2°C!!
I over did it yesterday and I'm sore all over so I think I'd better take it easy today.

im still heading outside in a bit, i started putting my toms in the ground yesterday and im excited to put some more in...

I am determined to get my veggie pots planted and my figs trimmed, rain or not!!! And grass mowed.
