I had a little visitor for breakfast today -- a little turtle. His photo is in the critter forum.

I'll be off to work shortly. Yesterday was day two without rain! I actually watered stuff this morning.

I think in the 90s today... summer is underway!

Good morning! It's going to be 103 today with a heat index more than 108. They posted severe heat advisories on it advising people to drink plenty of water. It's to last three days so it says. I think I won't be doing much. dooley

    Good morning all! :setc_017:

We're under a severe thunderstorm watch and a system is moving over Lake Huron headed our way. 100km/H winds and potential hail and damaging winds. It's pretty windy out there now.

So I guess I'll do housework today :-x

Good Morning. It is 85 and sunny already thuis morning so it will be hot and humid today. Thunderstorms are in our forecast. There will be no outside work today. My husband already took the dog for his walk and did his bicycle ride. Enjoy your day. Wannabe

Good morning, another lovely summer day in the making on the Norwegian coast. At 09.00 we've got 20C/68F now, and it's rising. Some clouds but nothing we can't live with.

We're off to play in the water shortly, and we're going to visit a friend too, so we'll be hot in the car.

Enjoy the day, have fun. :D

All of you in Texas and the Midwest of US -- be careful in the extreme heat... drink your water!!

TGIF... I finished the first part of a BIG project at work yesterday that I worked on solidly for NINE days doing nothing but writing...

This afternoon I am meeting some kids from my school at the Park to feed the ducks. Looking forward to that kind of day.

Warm and hazy, heading for the high 80s today, not too bad. My grass needs mowing badly. Maybe this evening.

    Current temperatures: 22 deg C / 71 deg F - Broken clouds

Good morning from Wisconsin's North Woods. A weather front came through, and the night was cool, and the humidity has dropped. Clear blue skies, little to no breeze and that wonderful air is drifting in the open window. Looking forward to a day out doors.

Good morning all. I have watered front and back and come back in super hot and sweaty....that is the extent of my yard work until late next week.

Only 100 yesterday with a heat index of 103...humidity was low  Today 102 and tomorrow 103 and the heat index could be as high as 108. And we are under a level Orange air pollution watch and a heat advisory (that's when the overnight temp doesn't get below 80 and the day time highs are in the 100's)

Remind me again, when does Autumn arrive?

Yep, and eggs can be fried on the sidewalk then too. Almost every TV station does that when the temp rises and it's a slow news day.
