    Good morning everyone,

Its going to be another nice day here, mid 80's and sunny.
Have some laundry on and the floors are mopped, just need to vaccum.

Good morning! It was cloudy here when I got up but now the sun is coming through. It'll be about 97 here today and humid, too.
I saw a painted bunting this morning on my garden fence. The first male I've seen but females have been around this summer. The females look a little like a yellowish sparrow. Have a good day. dooley

I am having a fantastic vacation doing this and this, here and there, close to home. Yesterday went to the beach where the Delaware Bay meets the Atlantic ocean. State park, lovely. Spending today washing beach towels and bathing suits and working outside in the garden.

My favorite type of day. Wonderful fine rain and 61 F. Love it! Temps will be in the low 70's or high 60's. Am doing a little pulling, transplanting and moving of perennials and annuals and seed collection. Got several Corisian mint pots planted along the pathway. Off to get some composted manure and garden plastic for the tomatoes and then get my winter starts/plantings in to the ground. :-D

Good morning. It's pouring! And only 11C/52F too. I've dug out the fleece sweater and thicker socks. Brrr!

We've had some lovely summer weather here, and we've been outside most of the day (and evening), so I haven't had a lot of net time, but will be back once I've gotten the house back to order after weeks of neglect. :D

So sorry for my inactivity, but autumn's closing in. Enjoy your Thursday.

    Good morning everyone,

Its another gorgeous day here, and no rain, so i'll have to water the flowers later.

Not too much on the go today, kind of a relaxing day, but thats ok, we have another busy weekend.

Today, it's off to the Eastern Shore.... but I hear it is due to rain there quite a bit today. Oh well. I have lots of pics of the things I've been doing. Hopefully will have some time to sort through and post a few by the weekend.

I hope everyone has a great day today!

Good morning all. Not quite 100 degrees recently but the high humidity is making up for that deficiency and bringing the heat index to well over 100.

Have the youngest grandson for a couple of days before school starts next Tuesday. Taking him shopping for a new Pokemon game later but other than that we will be inside today.

Have to take the girly dogs in to the self dog-wash today and will bomb the house for fleas while we are out (haven't done it this year). Got around and moved more plants. Hopefully will have a nice little bed of the campanula that I got at the spring give away. Had to move some lamb's ears into a new bed to make room. I had kept extending my beds so that some of the miniature iris were now in the middle of the one bed. Moved them back to the edge of a couple of beds. Love this cool weather. I have so much more energy :)

Good morning. Rain, anybody? We've had torrential downpours for three days flat and it's still at it out there. I know we're supposed to live in a rainy part of the world but this is just ridiculous.

Temps are 11C/52F and if it stays this cool and wet I'm going to have to make a greenhouse for my youngest daughter's pumpkins.

    Enjoy your Friday all.

Good morning / afternoon to one an all at GardenStew. Sun is shining hard here today, it's been a nice August so far but promised some bad weather pretty soon. Let's see how it goes.

    Current temperatures: 20 deg C / 69 deg F

    Have a brill Friday!
