Morning. Rain, 15C/59F and a blue Monday here. Did OK during the week-end, and passed the three classes we started so I'm happy, but very tired.

The garden is very wet, but there are still blooms and weeds outside. And two growing pumpkins. :D

    Enjoy the Monday, have fun!

Well.... it is back to work/school this morning after a low key summer... I think Austin has figured it out as he won't leave my lap.

Had another great muddy day yesterday -- one iris bed now divided and replanted in cushy new digs. Lots of good soil, peat, humus and manure in there now. Previously, heavy clay with a lot of stones. I hope the iris settle in.

Supposed to be dry here and hot until late Thursday so.... will be watering after work. I'm watering my neighbor's gigantic veggie gardens too... Enjoy the day everyone.

Good morning all. The cooler comfy mornings didn't pan out like they were supposed to, guess if I had gotten outside around 3 a.m. it might have been okay. But by 7:30 a.m. when I did get out there it has been almost 80 and just not doable. And back up around 100 by mid afternoon.

Oh well. Not much in store for today so I will just let the day happen and see where it takes me.

Good morning from Wisconsin's great North Woods. Heavy rain and thunderstorms this morning, and continuing on most of the day. We really need the rain, so it's just one of those day that we will stay inside get the Scrabble game.

Good morning all. 100+ the past two days but only mid-90's today.

I am going plant shopping this morning. Our morning temps are supposed to be in the upper 60's for the next several days and I plan on taking advantage of that.

I have also finally started painting some of the 'garden junque' I have been accumulating, might even get it in the garden before long and out of my craft room.

Had a half day training yesterday and home visits. Lots of paperwork today at work. Will start to plant out the dahlias (from the big planters I held them in all summer) this evening after work. Have a beautiful new bed mulched with ivy trimmings :-D just waiting :p .
