It's supposed to be 65 (F) here today too (yay!). My last chance to paint my porch railings and stain the deck. yesterday, cleaned out the garage, mulched a bed, and my guy assembled my new composter. I filled it up pronto.
    Everyone have a lovely day.

Good Monday morning all. Currently 10°C and partly cloudy. Today's high should reach 19°C so I'll be out there as soon as my morning chores are done. I finished my fall garden clean up on Friday so I am officially unemployed until spring. That means my home fall cleaning begins! Looking around the house, it sure seems like it will take until spring to get it back in order!
Have a great day all :)

Good Monday morning all. Just another day with spring like temps and I really am ready for a change of season. If it would get cold then my yard work would slow down and I could get caught up on inside stuff.
We are also in a dry spell, so that doesn't help my mood

We started a new feature in the front yard. I would have some pictures now but someone took the last of the rechargeable batteries out of the charger, didn't put their dead ones in to be charged and left me with none to replace the ones in the camera that died in mid-picture this morning. Grrrrrr.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently just 4°C but heading up to 12°C today with sunny skies. I think I'll head outside in a while and "putter" in the yard too.
Have a great day all :)

Its going to be another nice day here, not as warm, but sunny none the less.

We also had a heavy frost overnight too.

Good morning all. We have returned to the sunny, warm and dry weather cycle. :'(
I will be out working in the backyard which has sorely been neglected while I was working on the front yard this summer and fall. So it is time to cut down, pull up and stand, staring in disbelief, that I have let it get that bad.

The remnants of the Hurricane Ida have become a Nor-easter so we have some flood watches in low lying areas. Apparently, the tide is about a foot to a foot and a half higher than usual here on the Western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. I hear our Virginia neighbors are getting a LOT of rain. Take it easy, Virginians!
