    Good Monday morning all. Currently -2°C and mostly cloudy with strong NW winds. This is definitely feeling more like November weather! Today is mopping floors and baking day :)

    A cold Wisconsin North Woods good morning to you all. It's a partly cloudy brisk morning here. It's about 28 F (-2 C) but the lake is still open. There has been some ice form around the edges, but not even close to all the way across.
    Dr's appointment to day, and I may be able to end the use of that cumbersome brace. The knee is better, but still weak, and needs to work without the brace. Besides, I only have a couple pairs of old blue jeans that I can get over it. It's time I get back into some better clothes.

    Good morning all. Another cold front moved thru here yesterday bringing some rain and colder temps. Should be more widespread, heavier rain Tues and Wed. and if the next cold front coming thru on Wed gets here while it is still raining we might, maybe, possibly have a slight chance of snow flurries Wed evening into Thurs morning since the temp that night will be in the low 30's. Either way it looks like we will have our first frosty morning of the season on Thurs.

    Other than that, because of the rain and cold I won't be working out in the yard. I spent 6 hours out front on Saturday, warmish and breezy let me get quite a bit done out there.

    Good morning. It's Tuesday. Our 20 cm of snow (about 8 inches) is raining away and we only got to play in it a little bit since we've had it for two measly days. :( So we're back to wet and muddy for the time being. But it's December and time for all things Christmassy.

    Good Morning :stew1: ...what a difference a day makes. Yesterday we awoke to sunny skies & 60F in Tampa.
    Today, back in TN, it is 30F with frost and fog.

    Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 0°C and sunny. We had a snowless November ~ first time since records were kept ~ but we got our first dusting sometime after midnight. Tomorrow they are calling for heavy rains so it won't last long. What weird weather!!

    Well, I just made a decision. I'm taking a "mental health day" from work so I can get a few things done in the yard. I'm going to mow over the leaves in the front and trim a few things that look just plain icky every time I walk up the path. It is supposed to start raining in mid afternoon so I'd better get going. After the leaves, I'm going to run some errands at the garden center. Sounds like a good day, right?!
