Good Friday morning all. Currently -11°C and still. Brrr!
Today I have to get all the last minute Christmas things finished up as the kids will be home an hour early today and start their Christmas holidays. We will put up the Christmas tree this afternoon too. Busy day ahead for me!
    Have a great day all.
    Drive safe Penny :)

Good Saturday morning all. Currently -12°C and mainly cloudy.
Well...the kids holidays have started, the tree is up, and excitement is building! I don't know for sure, but I think the kids might make me crazy before Christmas gets here! I'm just going to have to find more ways to keep them busy until then.
Have a great day all :D

It is 8:30 am and it's been snowing heavily since 10 p.m. Very wet and sticky to everything. I can't tell how much exactly as it's also windy so it's blowing all around. It's pretty! No plows or salt trucks have been through my neighborhod yet. Supposed to snow all day and all night again! I have things to do but obviously will not be venturing out. Except to shovel at some point, I guess.

Good morning all. There is a pink glow on the clouds in the west, guess that means the sun is coming up. I don't usually get up this early so I really wouldn't know what the sky color is supposed to be this time of the morning.

We are heading down to Randy's parents for an early christmas time with them. Oldest daughter tripped over something in their dark garage last night and injured her Ulna, just below the elbow. What a way to start the two week winter break.

Good Saturday to all, it's going to be in the mid 70's today I believe. Much to my chagrin I've discovered several more gifts that need to be bought.
Drat, thought I was finished. Just have to keep
my son who is coming down with a nice cold, busy and
    out of trouble.
Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Wonderful temps in the 40's F./8C. Misty rains and clouds sitting on the ground. Good day to look over the garden and drink a cup of cocoa.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently -8°C and overcast. I think today is baking day.
But first, a trip to town for some ingredients.
Have a great day all :)

Good morning all. Currently -7°C and sunny. A trip to town and then some housework...not an exciting day.
    Have a great day all.

Good morning all. Bright sun-shinny day today, really could use some rain tho, which might happen tomorrow or Wednesday.

I start a two day marathon of cinnamon bread baking tomorrow so today it's off to the grocery store for ingredients.

Good morning from the North Woods, snow again today, as just about every day of late. Not a lot of accumulation, maybe 2 to 3 inches each day, just enough to need shoveling. It does make for pretty scenery. Today is the 21st, the first day of winter, and the shortest day of the year. I guess that means we are headed toward summer???

We don't get all that much snow, generally, so when we do, it impacts everything.... Schools closed for day #2... When that happens, all my colleagues and I work on paperwork and administrative tasks at our hospital office. I work with the NICEST people. It is wonderful to spend time with them. We got our H1N1 shots yesterday -- whoo oo!
