    good morning stewbies! it's risen to a balmy 20F here with a light chilly wind out of the north. snow's coming in this weekend. got lots of winter sowing projects to be done.

    Good morning all. It's 15°F/-9°C this morning, with a wind chill hovering around 3°F/-16°C I only have to take youngest daughter to work this morning and then hibernate for the weekend, supposed to be colder tomorrow.

    I plan on getting all my seeds out to see what I have then make a list of what I want and peruse the dozen or so seed catalogs to make up the difference.

    I should vacuum the floors, but they will still need to be done tomorrow and I might actually feel like doing it them.....so I will wait for a better chance. ;)

    Good morning! I've been cleaning house. It needed it. It's cold and windy outside. But, it's 26 right now so warmer than some and no snow. Today is supposed to be the coldest and then it will start warming up into the 60's next week. Yea!

    Good morning from The North Woods. Snowed last night, (what's new?), and there is a spot here and there of blue sky. It's been down around 0°F (-18°C) at night and up to mid 20°s (-7C) during the day. Snow falls some, most every day. It seems to be more windy this year than in the past. About 2 feet on the ground. Tom

    Good Saturday morning all. Currently -19°C and sunny. There is no wind this morning at least so my morning dog walk was bearable. Today I think I'm going to pick paint colors for my planned house re-painting...should be interesting.

    Good morning! It's a really warm 10 degs here this morning. Some pipes are frozen even though we had water running all night. We'll see what happens when they thaw out. I'll call about them in a bit. It's supposed to go to 40 degs today but it was supposed to get above freezing yesterday, too. This is the deep south freeze right now. It's COLD!!

    Good morning all. A nippy 14° at 6 a.m. and we might see temps higher than 32°F/0°C later today or tomorrow.

    Today I will stay in and play with seeds and seed catalog, didn't get to do that yesterday :rolleyes:
    Still not in the mood to vacuum the floors so they will have to wait until another day.

    Good morning all. Only got down to about 16° last night and actually got above freezing yesterday for the first time since Wednesday. Cold weather should be going away over the next few days now, time to wander thru the yards to see what damage the deep freeze did.

    Got to play with seeds yesterday and actually marked some off the 'to buy' lists because I found I already had them...impulse buying when they were on sale last fall. :rolleyes:
