    Good Saturday morning all! Currently just 2°C with a strong NW wind making it feel much cooler. Busy week for me and Oh my aching back! I found some muscles that I forgot about over the winter!

    Good morning all. Overcast, breezy and cool for now.
    We finally got some rain last night, almost 3/4ths of an inch but that is all the moisture we have had since the snow on March 20 so my garden is very grateful for it. Might have more later today.

    For the last couple of weeks we've had rain, a bit of sun, more rain and wind, and today we've got snow. :rolleyes: Forecast says back to rain again tomorrow. This spring is not turning out the way I want it to.

    Good Sunday morning all. Currently 4°C and sunny. I had hoped to get some work done in my veggie garden, but I think my back is too sore. I think I'd better take it easy today.

    Good morning all. This is one time when the weather forecasters don't mind being wrong. There was a high pressure system to our east that was going to keep us from getting more than a Trace-.5 inch of rain over the weekend. But the storms were strong enough to push that High further to the east and let the rain happen here. There is now almost 1.5 inches in my rain gauge with a slight chance of more for this afternoon. Some areas west of here have gotten almost 10 inches. Down in south Texas in the San Antonio area there is major flooding since the storms have been stronger down there.
    We have been under a red flag wildfire threat for most of the month because of the low humidity, high winds and no rain, so this rain is really great.

    My new rain barrel is full now.

    Good morning all. The rain is now a past event and the sun is beginning to chase all the clouds away. Okay, the plants have been missing it and will be happy to feel it's heat again so I will just have to put up with it. Could be more coming Thurs evening and maybe this time they will be our usual springtime thunderstorms.

    Did some cleaning in the backroom yesterday, put a few unwanted but still useable things out on the curb and it wasn't too long before they had been taken by people who could use them.

    I'm having the worst time staying motivated to get up every morning and go to work! I just want to stay home and do garden things. Still so much clean-up and planting to do... and the vines that plague me every year are taking off and winding around things already. Supposed to rain some today and then again on Saturday and Sunday... Everyone, have a wonderful day.
