    Good Saturday morning all. Currently 7°C and raining. It must have rained really hard all night...there is a lake on the front lawn! The good news is everything is very green and lush. I even picked some Lilac's for in the house. The bad news is that we are expecting 80 km/hr wind gusts later this afternoon as well as mixed precipitation...snow! Oh YUCK!

    Good morning all. Nippy and breezy out today but no yard work for me and it's a perfect day for playing in the dirt alllllll day long. We are heading down to Randy's parents for an early Mother's Day lunch with his Mom.

    Hope the cold weather and snow some of you are getting goes away very quickly and spring returns to stay.

    Hi everybody! It is an unseasonable 41 degrees here this a.m. Very breezy too, but the sun is shining. I have a bunch of annuals to plant today for a customer who wants color for a party she is hosting. I hope the flowers won't freeze :-? It is actually real nice weather for me to work in, I don't get all sweaty and hot!

    Good Sunday morning all. Currently 0°C, windy and overcast. We had snow overnight as well as strong winds. I was almost afraid to check the gardens this morning, but only a few things seem to be damaged. I'll have a better look later when it warms up a bit.

    Good morning all. Three great claps and rumbles of thunder woke us up early this morning. I got my hopes up for lots of wonderful life affirming rain, but there is barely 1/2 inch. Yeah, I know, it's better than nothing :rolleyes:

    Soon as everyone is ready we are going to breakfast, at least we will drive around trying to find some place that isn't packed with a long waiting line out the door to have breakfast on Mother's Day morning :shrug: Will meet oldest daughter and her family for lunch later, then go down to visit my Mom.

    We had frost overnight and the snow stopped around 2pm yesturday, only supposed to be a high of *42 here today.

    My garage is also getting crowded with plants waiting to be planted. Guess I'll do some long put off housework?
