    It is cold, some snow on the mountains of the Boland here and rain here by us.
    Apart from all that - World Cup fever is still running high and 'keeping people warm'??

    (Lil'Palm - my mom cannot believe it - her first snowdrop decided to peep out already ! :D )

    Good Morning. It is sunny and 62° at present and going up to 80° today. We moved furniture yesterday in preparation for new flooring, wallpaper and paint. Today I need to go do some shopping. Have a good day.wannabe

    Good morning. Sorta nice outside but after the rain we have gotten in the last 48 hours there will be no gardening for me until at least Friday when the clay dries out some.

    23 years ago at this time I was the happy Mom of a new little baby girl....actually since her birth turned into major surgery, I was out like a light pretty much until the next day, but then I was a happy Mom of a new baby girl. ;)

    Its Canada Day here, so its a holiday for most, and fireworks tonight.

    The rain held off yesturday, and none in the forecast today, so thats fine with me!

    Good morning all. No rain today but overcast and muggy, doesn't look like the rain outflow from Hurricane Alex will reach this far north.

    Thanks Frank, I will tell her next time I talk to her. Anime Expo in Los Angeles starts today and ends Monday so I probably won't hear from her again until Tuesday.

    We have clouds and and 80 percent chance of rain here for the next two or three days. I think it might rain on a few parades this weekend. We have no plans for the holiday but the farm market might be washed out on Friday and Saturday. dooley

    Morning all. Randy got home from Chicago yesterday, Amanda is having a great time in California and my computer died a horrible death last night.

    One of Amanda's friends used my computer at her party last weekend, used IE instead of Firefox, unknowingly went to some virus infected sites and now my computer no longer has the file Windows needs to boot-up so I am coming to you from Randy's computer. So new harddrive, transfer files, install new boot-up file and hopefully I will be back almost as good as new by later today. He is going to install Linux so I will be learning a new system too.
    And if any of what I just said sounds like I understand what I just said....hahaha fooled you. ;)
