Its going to be another nice day here, again, lower 90's, and still waiting on some rain.

Morning all. 17days of 100+ temps and 45 days of no rain. That is NOT making me a happy gardener.

Good Morning. 69° and sunny at 9 am this morning but mid 80's and rain this afternoon. Not much planned but work on a few things around the house.

Morning all. Well we got our reprieve from the 100 plus temps yesterday, only made it up to 96. But never fear the 100's are returning with a vengeance today and thru at least the next 8 days. It did end the streak at 18 days, so this August will be in the record books as having the 6th longest streak of 100+ days in history.

I am formulating new plans for next years garden, some of it involves a large amount of concrete

The full moon is next Tuesday, I am writing my chant, practicing my rain dance and Tuesday night I am going skyclad under the full moon in hopes of getting us some rain.

Good morning everyone! New to the site but enjoying it a lot. Glad to get to know some great people here.

It is sunny and cool this morning, a nice break for the 90s weather we have had for 2 months now.

Good Morning. The same old hot, humid weather and they even took the rain out of the forecast. Oh well, fall is coming in another six weeks.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 17°C, overcast and breezy. It feels like fall and looks like rain. I'd like to send today's rain to Toni because I have an all day soccer event outdoors :) We also have rain in the forecast for tomorrow.

The false coolness outside is a temptress, but I know the true facts about today...it will be dry and hot 103 yet again.

We did some christmas shopping yesterday, today I am going to fill out some fall planting orders to get in the mail. The local garden centers have nothing, in fact it is almost time for one of the large independent ones to start dragging out the artificial christmas trees, wreaths and decorations.

Good Morning. They took the rain out of our forecast yesterday afternoon and then---about 9 we had thunderstorms off and on until 2 am and 2 inches of rain. It did cool us off at it is 10 am now and only 75°. Enjoy your day

Good Sunday morning all. Currently 21°C and overcast. Heavy rains overnight and we have puddles everywhere!
Today I'm moving slowly and haven't really made my plan yet. We shall see what happens.
