The Good Day All Thread

Good morning all. Some around the north Texas area are getting light rain, I am once again getting nothing.
But mornings next week are supposed to be in the mid to upper 60's so the windows and doors here will be flung open to enjoy that!! Still no rain likely but at least it will be cooler.

Hope you have fun on your girls day out Wannabe.
I need to schedule a Mom and daughters day out soon, we have let everything else get in the way and haven't done that in a few months.

 

Gooooood morning all. It is raining, I woke up hearing rain hitting the window, so far we have almost 2 inches. And we have another cool front moving thru tomorrow morning bringing us some much loved morning temps in the 60's for a few days.

I can hear my back yard yelling 'It's about time, now she can concentrate on getting us cleaned up'

 

Goooooood morning all. We were sitting outside at Dunn Bros coffee shop when the cool front moved thru about 8:30 a.m. today and thoroughly enjoyed the north wind starting up and the temp dropping. It' been 66 degrees since then, windy and very overcast even tho we aren't expecting to get any rain with this front.

Tomorrow I begin re-excavating the back yard, I know there are plants out there but they are under a thick layer of summer heat/drought and neglect.

 

Good morning all. 55, double nickle, fifty-five, five less than 60, 5 more than 50 degrees outside at this time and it is wonderful.
Now someone please tell me why I am not out back doing gardener things? I need a push out the door, I need two Aleve and another cup of tea and a push out the door...but I know what awful looking neglected plants are waiting for me
