    Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 7°C and partly cloudy. We are expecting a good rain/wind storm coming from the states this evening so I've been outside battening down the hatches. Funny thing - there are no birds at my feeders today. I wonder what's up with THAT? Have a great day all.

    Good morning all. We got rain last night around midnight, about an inch but the weakest part of the storm system moved over us, other areas got more. Lots of thunder and lightening too and I was standing at the open front door enjoying every minute of it.

    Good Wednesday afternoon all. Currently just 4°C with a rain / wind storm passing thru. The wind is really howling!!
    Had a friend over today and now I'm going to relax and enjoy the last quiet time before the kids get home from school. Hope you are all having a great day :)

    Good Thursday morning all. Currently just 3°C and overcast. The winds have finally died down and I was already out picking up branches. The birds are really hungry today! I'm off to do some errands and shopping. And hopefully I'll be able to find some more postcards! Have a great day all :)

    Good morning all. Nice chilly morning, none of the 'S' word here, darn it.

    I get to spend this afternoon with my youngest grandson at his school. They have Grandparents Days the Thurs and Friday before our Thanksgiving. This is the last one for me, since it is only for the elementary grades and next year he will be in middle school. Starting when the oldest was in first grade, this will be the 8th year I have been up there. Some years I was there morning one day, afternoon the second day, then a couple of years when I was there morning and afternoon the same day. Then the oldest went into middle school and I was only there for the afternoon of one day for 3 yrs and now time has flown by and this is the last one. :eek:

    Good Morning. It is cold here this morning. It is sunny and no wind but only 40° and it is almost noon. I can't believe it is almost Thanksgiving. Have a good day.

    Good Friday morning all. Currently -4°C and overcast.
    PA day today for my kids, but I have a parent/teacher interview and then a birthday party to get my daughter to this afternoon. I guess I won't be getting a lot done around the house today!
    UGH Penny, SNOW! We had snow last night but luckily it didn't stick. After this weekend we'll be getting back into the double digit degrees again. We've had a really nice November!

    Oh my snow and all...Ooops Hello everyone.
    Here I am thinking of when is summer really going to hit us.
    It is rather cold and wet here when it should be warmer. In fact I should be swimming.
    IT is a mere 14-21 deg Celsius here for the day with rain.

    Good morning all. Not as cool as yesterday and not as cool as it will be later next week, but much better than it has been. ;)

    Schools are out next week for 'fall break' it really is because next week is Thanksgiving and with some families traveling many students were absent, the teachers couldn't really do any teaching so the school districts just decided to make it a 'fall break'
    Anyway, we have our oldest Grandson with us until Wed then will bring home the youngest on Thurs to stay thru the weekend.
