This is the kids last day of school before the Christmas Vacation and I'm going to enjoy every last minute of the peace today

It is the usual hot weather here for this time of the year and maybe all the excitement of all the commotion here on the house and yard made me so tired. I actually overslept this morning - sleeping in a whole hour longer. Yet I still feel tired.
Will rest over the weekend.
THen again maybe not - must actually start Christmas shoppping.

Oh Fluff - I did not get to do any Christmas shopping at all.
Wonder if I will ever get around to it. It is just so hectic around here.
THe builders are also sort of working slower. Cannot really blame them..

Good Sunday all. It is gloomy, gray and cold. 28F, but feels colder. Snow may be coming later, and I am trying to get motivated to get dressed (lazy girl in my jammies today) and go do some errands. I'm running out of time before Christmas!

 

Good Monday morning all. Currently -6°C and overcast. I have a dentist appointment this afternoon so that rules out going to do any Christmas shopping today. I guess laundry and cleaning this morning. Fun wow!

I do not quite know how to describe it but it is sticky hot. My poor dogs are having a hard time without the pool.

I feel so concerned for the builders in this heat - I try to keep them hydrated. With water and lemonade(not stronger stuff. .)

But I should not complain - the news headlines for today says that Europe travel is terrible due to snow falls.

Predictions on our side is that we can expect two cooler days after today. I hope they are right,

Its snowing a wee bit here, but not as cold today.

I have lots of errands to do, as well as drop my daughters off at the Mountain, they are snowboarding today.

 

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -9°C and sunny. SUNNY! What a nice change!
I'm taking the kids for haircuts today and then a few last minute errands to do.
Hopefully I'll have time to enjoy the sunny day too
