    Hi everyone

Oh yes Toni - I feel that puddle of misery too.

It is again pretty hot here with the day starting at 28 deg Celsius - heaven knows where the temp will rise to.

Yesterday was another hottttt one. - And always accompanied by the hazards of veld fires.

Good news - my baby passed her finals. (no more school for her - unless she wants to)

She went out to celebrate with friends this morning - probably for the whole day. (the only thing that irks me is that she did not even bother to study - she wrote the whole exam on general knowledge.. :scheming: - I am sure that if she did put in some effort she would have done better. However, she did pass with results good enough to be accepted to a university. I suppose I should be thankful.)

    Good morning everyone,

Its a cold and frosty day here, and we had a dusting of snow overnight.

ood Friday morning all. Currently -8°C and overcast. We also had a light dusting of snow overnight, which freshened everything up. It looked so BLAH before!
Lots of cleaning to do today. I just love construction dust

Good morning all. Another sunny, dry day here but we are supposed to get some good rain this weekend. They have already taken away the prospect of light snow and below freezing temps for all of next week, I hope they don't take the rain away too.

I think the fever I have had this week that made me do some house cleaning has cleared itself out of my system. My brain was completely devoid of new cleaning project ideas when I woke up this morning so that's a good sign. Life can get back to normal again. ;)

Good morning all. Supposedly today will be our last sunny and dry day until Tuesday....we'll see.

Frank did you have one of the kyaraben or oekakiben Bento? I have never seen one, but our youngest would love to find someone where served the kyaraben.

That is a pleasing looking arrangement of the food. Maybe they were trying for a little of one of the styles with the 'ears' sticking up from the yellow circle on the upper right of the plate. I wonder if they could do the dragon from the anime Spirited Away ;)

It was just regular bento I think Toni. I saw no colourful character arrangements. I probably would just end up admiring it, reluctant to eat it :)

Good day all! Hope you all have a shining Sunday.

    Good morning everyone,

Its still cold here and snowing at the moment.

I made a chili in the crockpot for supper, so the house smells so good!
