Happy Friday morning. A foggy and cloudy start to the day, but it's suppose to be sunny and lower 80s for the next few days. Slight chance of rain mid-week. All I wish for is a nice little soaking rain overnight so everything gets a drink and I'll still be able to play outside.

Good morning everyone, its TGIF again as the clouds have gone with the last batch of winter snow. Since it was the non-sticky kind the emerging plants can continue their travels sunward. Today's temps are expected to climb into the high 30's under a sunny sky.

Good morning all. Sunny, warm and no rain. We are ending our 11th week without rain of any kind on my yard and none in sight for the forecastable future. The temperatures might be back down to normal March temps next week, that would be 60-75 degrees but I am not holding my breath.

I am going to lunch with my youngest grandson today. They have a special 'fast food' lunch day for the elementary grades twice a year and I am usually the only one who gets to go so I have the time with him all to myself and a cafeteria full of his grade-mates and their parents. He and I will be feasting on McDonald's chicken nuggets, french fries and Dr. Pepper....his choice and really not all that bad twice a year.
But this is the last one since he will be in middle school next year. I have been going to the school for 9 yrs for special lunches with the boys...in November for Grandparents day since the oldest was in first grade...last Nov. was the last of those too. Sure is going to seem strange when I don't take part in those next year.

But on a gardening note, my big plant order arrived yesterday....the one I made in trade for giving Randy the HAM radio gear I won at the club Christmas dinner last year. I'll be getting all those beauties out and potted up or planted this weekend.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently -13°C and sunny. Winter just doesn't want to give up this year!
Mom's taxi will be busy today with play dates. I'm hoping that I'll be able to get some raking done too, but that will only happen if it warms up. Otherwise, it's laundry and cleaning today. Have a great day all :D

    Good morning everyone,

A partly sunny day covers a majority of New England with temperatures in the low 30's the plants along with the people are waiting for warmer weather.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently -15°C and sunny. The frost sure was thick on my car this morning - the kind that when scraped makes a noise that gives you goosebumps! The temperatures are supposed to rise this week, I sure hope so! Today I think I'll plant some tomato seeds

Good morning all. A foggy start to the day. Once the dew dries up I'll get out the mower. Sure hope my brothers can fix the riding mower today too!

Good morning all. Starting out overcast and 48 degrees. But sadly overcast doesn't mean possibility of rain, just lots of low hanging clouds.

Certainly was good sleeping weather last night, window open and window fan bringing in the 40 degree temp...we both snore less when sleeping in a cold room

Not sure what I will do today, except laundry and dishes but I do have an 'on the edge of your seat' type of book I am reading that I really want to get back to cause I just got to a really good part. So I might spend the day with that and a never ending cup of hot tea.

    Good day everyone,

With temperatures in the mid 50's I was tempted to grab a rake, however, shopping intervened. The rest of the day was spent squandering money. Plants I uncovered the other day are doing the chlorophyll thing again, like they did last year, yellow is turning to green. :)

Good Monday morning all. CUrrently -9°C and sunny. Today I start spring cleaning! I hope to have enough time to clean out everything and de-junk before I am called back to work. A little too cold to start the windows today so maybe I'll clean out my filing cabinet and desk first. That should take all day ;) Have a great day all!
