The Good Day All Thread

Good morning everyone,

Its another cool and rainy day here, no frost though, thankfully!

 

Nice to see the sun.And have lawned mowed .4 days of rain. But Dh was using BRAND new rider hit tree.I think apple tree is leaning even more .2 years ago wind about took it down.Glad we have two push mowers also.Finished with them.But after work will have to do church -big lawn with them.

 

Good morning everyone, overcast skies will keep the daytime temperatures in the mid 50's. More rain is predicted for today. The seed flats have more sprouts every day.

Great day in the morning!!!! NOT. It is raining here, again. I hope you all have good day. I hear the forecast and all I can think of it the Peanuts specials from the '70's and 80's and the mother is on the phone saying,blah, blah, blah in her whiny voice when the kids are calling home for something.

 

Good Monday evening all. I have just lit the woodstove! It is 9°C and raining. It does NOT feel like mid May. One good thing...all this rain has the grass and tree's very, very GREEN!

Its yet another cool and wet day here, it rained off and on all night.....i guess the good thing is that its keeping the frost away.

 

Good Morning Everyone, It is cool and wet here and more rain forecasted for the next 3 days. Cool enough that we started the wood burner... again. we've gone from cold to coo to hot and humid back to cold. Pretty soon though it will get better, I just know it. I hope you all have a great day despite the weather :!:

 

Good Tuesday evening all. Currently 15°C and raining. Again. The rain did stay away for most of the work day, but even so the soil pile is like a puddle of mud- Very heavy and hard to move without making a huge mess. I'm going to start planting annuals tomorrow

 

Hold on to your hat Netty, More is on the way. It rained on and off most of the day here and 100% chance overnight. Wish i could say Good Night but it is wet, not good. Oh well, Whatever, I have no choice in it. Night.

 

Good evening everyone, the day has slipped by without nearly a sound. An overcast day and the outside air almost as cold as in the inside of a refrigerator again kept activities at a minimum. The sun has not made an appearance in several days.

Starting to feel like a broken record here......its another rainy and cool day.....when the sun does finally come back, everything will be good and watered!!

 

Good morning everyone, it's gardening in a raincoat today . The robins are having a field day as worms and bugs leave their soggy underground quarters and take their chances on the surface. We had a weatherman that would write 'MOTS' on the weather map "More of the same" he would say. The words echo in my head. Stay dry.

Good Wednesday evening all. I am starting to feel like a broken record too...cool and rainy today. I did start planting some annuals out so I hope it doesn't get any colder! Tomorrow is going to be a busy day...

 

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 15°C and raining. This is day 12 of the last 19 that has rained! Busy day today so I'm getting an early start
