Good morning everyone, the thundershowers missed us. Today will be less steamy as the temperatures edge just over 80°F with the occasional cloud sailing through the sunny sky.

Good morning All, today it's supposed to be hot again :D We are making up for all the rain and cold we had before, yesterday it was forecasted for 89* today is the same. the humidity is almost 90%. My greenhouses and hightunnels were 97*, 98*, and 2 were 99* at one point yesterday :( Hot,Hot,Hot). The thermometer on my desk right now says 80* and the arrow is on the upswing, at 8:15am. If this was a gradual climb it would be easier to adjust to, but it came all at once. If I don't melt today, I'll be back to post some more. :D

It's back-to-work-Tuesday. 77F this morning with an expected high of 92F. Lots of sunshine. Nothing planned for the garden except a good watering when I get off work.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 19°C and sunny. Cold front moved in last night without any thunderstorms...I'm almost disappointed. A good thunderstorm would have cleaned the air so nicely. A lot cooler today with winds from the west...a good day to be working outside.
Have a great day all :D

Good Morning Everyone, I didn't melt yesterday, but I did get very sunburned being outside all day in that HOT HUMID sunshine. I don't think it is supposed to be as hot today. Hope you all have a good day. :stew1:

Happy Wednesday morning. A foggy start to the day. Visibility at some places were less than 1/2 mile.
Temps... mid70s now but high 90s later on. And still no chance of rain. Today is the first day of Hurricane Season.
Almost makes you wish a very very small hurricane to come through with some rain!

Good morning all. Mid-90's today and pretty darn near 100 by Friday. I know the meteorological summer starts today but the temps could wait a couple of weeks before turning up the heat.

No rain in the forecast until maybe Sunday and early next week, but that's a small chance.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 8°C and cool and very windy. It will be nice for working outside today, but right now I'm COLD! The gusty winds woke me up last night many times and I'm feeling very tired today. It is going to be a long day! Have a great day all :D

Good Morning Everyone, cool here today, also. I needed a long sleeved shirt to pick my strawberries this morning. Just a bit brisk. Though a welcome change. :stew1:

Hello everyone, it was a tense, fear filled late afternoon and evening yesterday as New Englanders watched a line of deadly thundershowers cross the area. Three tornadoes touched down in the Springfield MA area killing 4 and carving a path of destruction leaving churches, schools and homes in ruins. A rare pattern of weather provided the ingredients for the twisters to weave their deadly fabric of mayhem across 19 communities in western and central Massachusetts. Today with the cooler weather under a sunny sky residents in the area sort through the pieces and try to put their lives back together.
