Good morning everyone, only a half day today, the other half will be cancelled due to rain. Now at 70°F and climbing with chipmunks frolicking in the morning sun planting will be curtailed as the rain starts at 11:30.

Morning all. Not exactly sure why, but there is a sky filled with clouds outside...almost scary but I really like them hiding the evil daystar for a few hours. Not going to keep the temperature below 100 but the clouds are pretty.

Good morning! I couldn't figure out those clouds this morning either. It is getting very warm though. We've been out and about and now I need to do some sewing. I promised a young man a boys apron. It seems I only have stuff for girls.

Good (?) Saturday morning all. Currently 12°C and sunny. My plans of sleeping in this morning were ruined as the neighbor had dump trucks racing past my window at 6:30 am. 6 trucks so far. I am not amused.
It leaves me wondering what kind of noise I can make to annoy him later...

Good morning everyone, with the temps in the low 80's and high humidity there are chances of t-showers this afternoon. More flower planting is the order of the day.

Little drizzles at the moment. Temps to be 53-61 F today. Won't have to water :). Today is the neighborhood garden and coop walk. Going to walk around and see the new community garden, some city chickens, and other neighborhood gardens. Should be fun if the rain stays light and doesn't downpour.

Good day all. Got the vegetable garden cultivated between showers this am. I don't like dodging raindrops too garden so I think I will build an old fashioned back door wash stand. That will keep the missus from having to clean up after I come in. How practical it is to have something like that.

Happy Saturday afternoon. I had planned on getting up this morning just as if I was going to work (6:30am). That way I'd get things done before the 100F temps arrived. Well... I just felt tired and slept until 8am. Then I had to kinda rush to get the day's chores done. I didn't beat the heat, but I made sure to take lots of breaks. And now is the biggest break... inside in the AC. I have to check in here right? :-D
Not to mention getting some housework done. :(

Good afternoon all. With our house facing west I can get an hour or so of gardening time out front if I get out early enough which I did this morning. I got a new bed area planted and mulched...it's where the old/new to me wash tub will go. I got the inside of the tub scrubbed and sprayed with white rust-o-leum. This evening the water goes in then the plants tomorrow.

I might try to get out back Monday morning, at least to water.

Good Sunday morning all, and Happy Father's Day to all the Dad's out there :)
    Currently 8°C and sunny.
I hope to spend a good part of the day out in my gardens-the weeds are taking over! I also bought 3 new perennials at a perennial farm yesterday so I need to find them a home. Have a great day all!

Good morning everyone, yesterday's t-showers did not materialize and today will be a picture perfect day. I'm off to take pictures of historical houses in town.

Happy Sunday morning everyone. And a special "shout out" to all the Dads out there!
Nothing really planned for the day. Need to take some veggies to a couple of aunts.

Good morning everyone, this is turning out to be an active morning. Skunks, chicks, sunshine and I'm still on my first cup of coffee. :) With temps in the mid 80's and no rain in sight the day should be productive.
