Good morning all. Temp is still in the low 70's so I had better get out and start putting plants in the ground. I know where some will go but they might change my mind when I get started, sometimes they do have better design sense than I do.

Good Friday morning all! Currently 18°C and overcast and very wet. I think it is safe to say that all the gardens are well watered this morning! I'm just thankful that Friday is finally here :)
    Have a great day all!

Good morning! It rained again, yesterday and again overnight. I suspect it will be too wet again to weed any of the garden :( Maybe I will plant a few more flowers in my flowerbeds instead. Oh wait... I have filled them up. I don't think I have room to plant anything more. Bummer!

Good morning everyone, we have not run out of rain yet, the sky is still dripping. With a high of 62°F the ice in your drink lasts longer and the sun is still on energy saver mode. I wonder if I could borrow Cheryl's rainbow?

Happy Friday morning! Mostly sunny again. Some rain clouds to the south coming in off the Gulf. Not expected to bring any rain to the house. But who knows? Certainly not the weather forecasters! :D
The highs should only be in the mid90s, but the feel-like temps will be around 103F.
Hurry up end of the work day!

Good morning all. I had to water the front garden this morning. I know, 3.5 inches of rain last Monday and Tuesday, but that was 3-4 days ago and the black clay is already drying out.

I didn't try to work in the yard, my back is a little achy this morning from yesterday so I will get out early tomorrow. I have a real trouble spot in the north bed that is going to require raking off mulch, digging up the grass, laying cardboard, cutting holes for and planting the three Miscanthus I bought the other day, then adding more mulch. I need my back feeling better for that chore.

I think I will paint birdhouse posts today, been putting that off for way too long.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 15°c and overcast. We had showers the past 3 days so I think everything is well watered. Today I weed and cut grass. And hopefully pick a few zucchini :)
    Have a great day all!

Good morning everyone, 1 5/8ths" rain over the past two days. The flower bed in front of the house, the stump bed, and the canna bed all need attention. I must go back to Lowe's for the rest of the lumber to complete the wash table profect. All that, and I just cannot get motivated today. Perhaps a lazy day is in order.

Tommorrow I'll be participating in http://daytonsacredharp.org/

If you feel so motivated, follow some of the links to see what it is, and what it is about.

Good morning everyone, a line of thundershowers was my morning alarm clock. The ground is starting to go squish, squish, when walked on. Summer has not seen a sunny day yet. Not a good beginning. Temps in the high 60's, not good gardening weather. Yuk!

The sun is shining, and the weather is warm (high 70's). Of course we had to leave home and come to the other side of the mountains. Visiting a few of the many wineries today. Yes, it is raining at home today.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently 14°c and overcast. It looks like another gloomy day ahead. I got most of the veggie garden weeded yesterday, today I'll be working on the back flower garden. Have a great day all :)

Good morning everyone, Drier is a nice way to start the day. The flowers can put away their umbrellas and enjoy the sunshine and temps in the mid 70's.....Me too. :)

Happy Sunday morning everyone. A few fluffy white clouds drifting to and from. Still lots of sunshine. Highs will be in the upper 90s... again.
    Nothing planned for the day.

Good morning all. What can I say about the weather that hasn't already been said day after day this spring and summer

Going to Randy's folks today, didn't get to go for Father's Day last Sunday. Be back late this evening.
