Good Morning All, a bit nippy this morning, but tolerable. Weather here is beautiful. The grass is actually green, which almost NEVER occurs in the month of August. Hope you all have a good day.

Jerry, VERY funny. maybe it was looking for a few meds for itself.

Good morning! We had an early start and the vaccuming is done, the front yard is done (mostly) and breakfast if done and dishes washed. dr is doing laundry and I'm going to sew the rest of the morning and maybe this afternoon.
It's going to be103 today according to the forecast with a 10 percent chance of rain. 10 percent? No rain here I guess.

Morning all. As I add yet another plant to the death by extreme heat and drought list, I wonder if it will ever be below 100 degrees again. I am beginning to think not, the weather prognosticators just keep adding more 100+ days to the forecast and the only hope for change they give is that the first week of Sept MIGHT see lower temps.....but still no rain.

Glad to go work to rest up. Thought we was going to get some much needed rain. Oldest Son sent me a copy of his newest book. He's not the main Author on this one. It's called Demonomics By Terry James. he wrote Are You Rapture Ready . His Name is is Todd Strandberg. He's done well with it.Our youngest Son is coming to help us put siding on. Lowes delivered it yesterday. It's cement board siding. Was upset when I found number of them broken. Way guys Threw it in carport area. Wasn't even to bring it until Thursday. They got lost getting here. I even left detailed map at . I looked what direction store had left. But making them good and no delivery fee. My Dh to leave for meeting. So the 2 guys started handing me the siding . I backed off. Said reason I PAID to have delivered-so didn't have to unload it.

Good Wednesday morning all> Currently 19°C and overcast. Very dark this morning...my dog walk was a little spooky today. There is active weather forecast for later in the day, I hope nothing too severe. Have a great day all :)

Another day all. You know it is going to be miserable when the temperature at noon is 98. Heading to 106 today.

And we will not be getting any help from Hurricane Irene, she will be more than 1000 miles away and we still have that monstrous High Pressure System sitting on us keeping all the nice weather from reaching us.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 18°C and overcast. Bad weather last night and even a tornado watch - that doesn't happen here often. I didn't like going to bed with that kind of weather warning in effect. Another busy day ahead.
Have a great day all :)

Good morning everyone, it is a smidge muggy this morning, overcast with a 50% chance of t-showers to soften up the ground in preparation for hurricane Irene.

Good morning all, The morning is clear and the morning sun is bright in the trees. The humming birds are busy outside the window, and all is well with the world. Well--OK--it all seems well from here.

Happy Thursday morning. Some areas got some good rain fall last night and this morning. I only got about 1/4 inch at the house. But this morning, it is cloudy. No sun baking us first thing in the morning! Still a slight chance of rain too.

Good morning! It's after 10am and still fairly dark. We went into town and it poured rain on us but not as much out here. Still raining but not much. The temp is forecast for 107 today and 108 tomorrow. I was hoping for some cooler weather for when some family are visiting. Oh, well!

Morning all. There was a small rain storm a few miles south of us heading even further south of us this morning. Not very big but large enough to cause the temperatures here to drop from 90 to 80. But I have full confidence in the evil day star's ability to successfully produce the heat needed to reach the predicted 107 later today.

I have a Link costume to work on today, nothing fancy since I don't have a sewing machine, but my oldest grandson will have fun over the Labor Day Weekend wearing it at AnimeFest in Dallas.
