Good cool morning! I don't know how cool but I stepped outside and went back and got a long sleeve shirt and pulled it on over my t-shirt. Going into the 90's today so the heat isn't over yet. Hope the temps over 100 don't come back though. dr watered last evening so I don't have to do that this morning.

Good day everyone, the morning was a washout as showers saturated the pre-noon hours. A good day for working inside sorting seeds.

Good day all. Got a batch of 3 day sweet pickles ready to enter it's second day...the house is going to smell of apple cider vinegar soon.

Looks like we will have at least one more 100+ day sometime the middle of next week and possibly a couple of other days since the temps will be going back up to the upper 90's again. :'(

Good Fall morning, the first Friday after school has started. I have Fridays off of work, so today, made Swedish pancakes for my son, will now drop him off to school, and then go for a dog walk with a friend who fosters dogs. She has had several dogs adopted by just walking in the park with them. Sunny and 52 degrees F, (11 degrees C) outside, the start of a great day. Oh yeah, and yesterday bought some rooting hormone, and will see if I can get some of the French Tarragon cuttings to root. Wish me luck.

Good day all. Beautiful at the start of the afternoon here. Gathering cattle with my folks and playing with the dogs. Heaven.

Good morning! Still having cool nights and mornings but temps are creeping back toward 100 in the afternoons. Can't seem to get much done with all the doctor visits and tests. Don't have to go again until next Wednesday so maybe tomorrow. They tell me stay out of the heat and dr says stay inside but I'm not getting much done in here either.

Good day all. Still very nice cool mornings but the temperature is creeping back up into the upper 90's with a touch or two of 100+ middle of next week.

And La Nina is returning, which means the Jet Stream will not be able to drop down into the lower half of the US making our winter much warmer and dryer and the northern half cooler and wetter. AGAIN. It doesn't mean we can't have any rain, but does lessen our chances a great deal.

    So Texas still burns.

good afternoon all, today is bread baking day this week. need to get 12 loaves done for the markets. I have Ollie which makes the day alittle more challenging to get the work done in a timely manner. it's a really good thing he still takes a nap or two and sometimes three if he's here long enough. Have a great day everyone.

Good day everyone, we are just burning through the days, gee, soon it will be fall. Apple picking and harvest festivities and pumpkins will soon be on the agenda.

I wonder if they have pumpkins in Hawaii? Perhaps Charlie Brown has a Great Pineapple? Hmmmmmm.....

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 11°C and sunny. My dog walk was cut short this morning when a shotgun was fired somewhere to the near northeast. My dog is terrified when she hears shots and she dragged my home immediately. Now to find out WHO was shooting at WHAT? Have a great day all.

The weather has decided to turn warm (80's for the last week) during the day, but fallish at night (down into the 40s). School is started :-D and I am happily exhausted.

Good morning everyone, some garden elves came with a backhoe and truckload of loam to repair the rather large hole left by the removal of a large oak. Now the lawn is flat again. :)
