The Good Day All Thread

It is a bit warmer here, Wannabe. Yesterday it got to 102. Today it is supposed to be 99. Thundershowers, isolated or stray. It was windy yesterday but not so much today. In the upper 90's the rest of the week. Good to be out in the early morning but inside during the day.

Good day everyone, the day has the yard drying out the grass may get mowed tomorrow. Looking for more seeds for next spring, the hunt is always interesting.

A nice sunny day today,..and mild with no breeze,..it was 16C-60F,..now lets hope it remains like that for a few days.

Good day everyone, wet or no wet the lawn was mowed today, strange noises and scurrying creatures announced the mower as it made its way through the tall grass. Green and lush from all the rain we have had, it is now down to a more manageable hight. The newest grass was just right for its first cutting. A lot of seeds are still wet and it will rain tonight.

married 41 years ago today.and was nice sunny warm fall then like today. DH mowed yesterday,cut more firewood. cut down apple tree that had died. and picked some very good pears.

 

Nothing happening in the garden really.. just trying to keep things alive. Still feels like summer here. Extremely busy at work.
But... for the good news... I'll be heading to Oakland, Calif this weekend for my great-niece's first birthday and christening! Plus lots of visiting with family.
Oh... and the weather forecast... sunny with temps around 55-70F!
woohoo!!!

Its overcast and a little cool here today.....I'm home so i am going grocery shopping and have to stop at Walmart for a few things too.

Have some laundry in now, and off to make my breakfast.

 

Good morning everyone, weather wise today is a washout, it is raining.:-( There are rumors circulating about that there is cold air in the forecast. Just when basking in the warmth of the sun was getting to be fun. Where are the Wooly Bears!! Reliable forecasting can not be done without Wooly Bears!!

Greetings,..no complaints on this side of the pond,..we had no rain,..but yesterday the temperature rose to 26C-78F,..it was very comfortable.
