The Good Day All Thread

Happy Monday morning. I ended up with about 1/4 inch of rain yesterday. Other places got much more. Today there is a 30% chance of more rain. And the temps should stay below 90F.

 

Good morning everyone, typical New England weather, yesterday broke a high temperature record, next week we could be freezing our tails off. Today I will pull the water aerators for the ponds and put out leaf nets.

Good morning! It rained most of the night and it is now just cloudy. The rain was slow enough that most of it sank into the ground instead of running off. I think my small plants doubled in size. Today, it is cloudy but the sun keeps trying to peek through.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 11°C and cloudy. The Thanksgiving long weekend is over and the weather was spectacular!
Heading back to work today to mainly cloudy skies and rain for 3 days to follow. Have a great day all

 

Tuesday morning...another cloudy day here in the northeast. I have never seen a summer so full of clouds, strange clouds and trails all over the place.

 

Happy Tuesday morning. Started spreading compost around yesterday. The bags went further than I expected, so I'm about half done.
Another beautiful start to the day... lows in the mid 60s and highs in the mid-to-upper 80s. But not a chance of rain in sight. I am so tired of dragging that darn water hose around!

 

Good day everyone, the only gardening was mowing the lawn. The day was a pleasant fall day in the low 70's.

wish i could send you some rain Cheryl,..my hands are wet so often they are wrinkling up,..more drizzle today so i went off to the local hardware store to buy metal flowerpot stands for plants i had taken indoor for over winter,.."Brugmansia".(bought one ).

Its a little cooler here today and expected to rain for the next 5 days!!!

I'm home today, so i plan on doing some raking, i did get the grass cut on Monday and alot of leaves fell yesturday, get that done before the rain starts.

Have some bedding in the wash, and need to do some cleaning as well.

 

Good morning! It's a bit cloudy but it's not supposed to rain. I saw the sun coming up in the east and the full moon going down in the west. Neat! Going shopping but NOT to College Station. We're headed to Huntsville.

going back to work today. feel lot better. But just going to take it easy. Going to rain-so no landscaping work at Doc's house. Customer sold me 4 -3 gallon mums bright purple for $28. Gave me a big hug when she saw me. Worked for them 25 years.
