Dooley... I saw the same sight this morning.Pretty awesome. Too bad I was on my way to work. I did stop to try to get a photo, but being in a hurry it didn't come out too well.
Anyhow.... a foggy start to the day. 30% chance of rain today and a bit more tonight. Highs will only be in the upper 80s. I'm going to the Garden Center today where I bought that water clarifier stuff that I can't use and see if they will let me trade it for something else (since I don't have the receipt anymore). Otherwise... I'll just give it back to them. Will also be getting some more compost... I think 3 bags ought to be plenty to finish up the perennials and fruit trees. On second thought... I'd better get 4!

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 13°C and raining. I think it is going to be a very LONG workday for me if it rains all day. Have a good day all.

Happy Thursday morning! We got just a bit less than 1/2 inch of rain last night at home. But at the office, it looks like they got much more.
Going to be another nice day with the high still in the mid-to-upper 80s.

Good day everyone, the activities of the day are still waterlogged as it has been raining all day. No sun in sight.

Good morning! It's still dark out and it's most seven o'clock. We are going to a couple of yard sales and then maybe I'll sew today. I cut out things yesterday so my project box is full. I think it's supposed to be sunny and 91 today.

Happy Friday! Another beautiful morning... lows in uppper 50s with a high of 85 expected... and some cooler temps over the weekend... with plenty of sunshine! I've got all sorts of cleaning up to do around the house, storage bldg & garden, so it looks like perfect weather for that.
Have to pick up at least 3 more bags of compost for the fruit trees and that little project will be complete.

Good morning all. I feel better since I got to spend most of yesterday out in the garden. It's amazing how grumpy and 'out of sorts' I can get when I am unable to get in the garden. After a few days of no gardening, either my choice or due to circumstances beyond my control, my family starts hinting that maybe I should start spending 24/7 out there.

We received 2 inches of rain early this week, it has been great. Not any where near a drought breaker and it won't save any trees that were literally baked to death last summer but it is a wonderful weather change.

Good morning everyone, the weekend ahead should have everything drying out, perhaps some last minute seed gathering.

Good morning all. 0555 here, and 45F. Clear sky and light winds so far. Supposed to be windy today. Finally got the bearings in the wheel of the garden trailer, so I'll be hauling manure to cover the spring beds and to compost for spring mulch. Must weed and mulch the raspberries, lift the canna and general garden stuff.
