Good afternoon all. Low 40's this morning, going up to..ummmm..I don't know this afternoon. Still DRY.

Between the Sage drying in the dehydrator, the Pine scent hanging in the air from the candles I made yesterday afternoon and the 4 different scents of soap I made yesterday morning the house smells pretty good.

I will begin tackling the back yard this weekend. It's been neglected badly during the last two summers and it's getting kinda scary out there  Keep your fingers crossed that I find my way back to the house before dark.

We had a mite bit of frost this AM. Most of our town is out with chainsaws and gloved hands, clearing away the damage from that freak fall snowstorm. It is a sunny day, very nice out.

Good Sunday morning all. Currently 0°C and clear. I didn't get too much done yesterday so I'd like to get outside today. Have a great day all.

Beautiful sunny day here, below freezing though. Took an early morning walk with a friend, surveying the snow storm damage. Many trees were hard hit, down on lawns. Our town has much cleaning up to do. But everyone now has power.

Happy Sunday morning. My back hurts from staying in bed that extra hour! :-D
A beautiful morning out. Not cold. Not windy. A few clouds with a very slight chance of rain. Temps should be in the 80s again.
Only thing planned for outdoors is watering... still.

Good morning all. All our clocks automatically re-set themselves with the time change so I totally forgot it was a different part of the day when I got up this morning. That would explain why my body kept waking up and telling me to get up when the clock said 6 am cause it was thinking it was 7 am.
I have this very accurate and sometimes very irritating, internal alarm that wakes me up at the time I tell it too each night and it appears to need a few days to get used to the time change too.

Mid 60's now going into the mid-70's each day until another front comes through on Wednesday. Some in our area will get rain tonight or tomorrow or Tuesday, but I am not holding my breath that my garden will be among the lucky.

Happy Monday morning. Total overcast. 20% chance of rain. Temps are pretty warm... in the 60s this morning going up to 80.
I hate this time change... by the time I get home around 5-5:30 it's going to be almost dark.

Morning all. Opened the front door to WARM and MUGGY this morning I really hate being greeted by them so early in the day. But MUGGY is bringer of rain possibilities and it is supposed to rain somewhere around here today, there is a 20% chance. That percentage usually turns out to be the percentage of the north Texas area that has a chance of feeling any rain....you know, that percentage of people who live south and east of me or north and west of me

Already 70 degrees this morning so I think I will stay inside and make more candles.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 8°C and overcast. Off to do some shopping with my teens today who have the week off.
Some new video game release today is the reason for the trip, but what girl wouldn't do some shopping afterwards?
Have a great day all :D

Happy Tuesday morning. Another warm start to the day... lower 70s. Highs should reach lower 80s before a storm blows through (hopefully) this afternoon/evening bringing us that 70% chance of rain! And cooler temps to follow.

I am taking my puppy to the dog-o-mat. :D I only take her every few months just to get her face shaved. I actually give them a bath the day before she goes.

I also have to drop things off at recycling center. This afternoon will be a spaghetti sauce day. I have plenty of good sauce canned but I like to save that till closer to Jan. This will be made from my canned plain tomato sauce with my home grown green pepper and onions from the freezer. I also pealed and had frozen garlic to see what would happen and I will use that today for a test. Should be fine.

Have a busy day in store.
