Good day everyone, the day was sunny though cool. I installed some new kitchen lights. Read one of my Christmas books.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 1°C and overcast. Yesterday was beautiful...I took the dog for a very LONG walk and enjoyed the mild temps. The temperature is going to plunge tonight ... I guess it was bound to happen. Have a great day all.

Good morning! There is sunshine out there this morning. Also, heavy frost over everything. It's not very warm though. But, it will be in 60's and not 40's. I'll like it better than 5 days straight of rain.

Happy Tuesday morning. I knew I should have covered the plants last night.... had a light frost this morning. Darn weatherman! I will be covering them tonight since it's supposed to be around 34 for the low. Our high today is supposed to reach 60. And guess what? SUNSHINE!! All the rain has been a blessing, but it's sure nice to be able to see the sun.
Today, we start on the bathroom painting/sprucing up.
And I have to get some stuff to rebathe the dog since she has been playing with a skunk.

Good morning all. The rain was wonderful while it lasted. It hasn't rained here in over a week and the weather pattern has changed for us since La Nina has settled back into position along the equator west of South America. Warmer weather and far less rain through the winter for us.

Gee, Toni, the weather must have went south of you. We just had five days of rain, half of it pouring down buckets of rain. We'll enjoy the sunshine but won't be sad if it rains again. Wish it could be spaced out properly.

Good day everyone, the day was spent shopping as there were many bargains in many stores. The weather turned rainy at the end of the day. Movie at night.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -10°C with a windchill of -18°C. We also had several inches of snow fall last night...what a rude awakening! It wouldn't be too bad out there if the wind would stop gusting. No snowplows down the road yet, so it looks like I'm not going anywhere today.
Have a great day all :)

Happy Wednesday morning. It is Wednesday, right? Since I'm on vacation, I keep forgetting what day it is! :-D
Woke up to frost this morning. Glad I covered up the plants. It's still in the mid30s, but there's lots of sunshine. I think it's supposed to get back up to the 60s again today.

Good morning everyone, a crisp windy day is ahead with chilly willy temperatures in store for this evening. I wish the seed catalogs would get here.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently -16°C and overcast. Today is shopping and errand day. I hope to be back home before the snow starts to fall again. We got about 15cm yesterday and more is expected in the next 2 days. Have a great day all :)

Good morning! The past two days we woke to heavy frost. It must be warmer out this morning. We woke to thick fog. Now, at 9 am it's still thick fog. We have clothes to hang out so I hope the sun comes out before too long. dr washed up all the Christmas clothing so we can store them again.

Happy Thursday morning. No frost... but lots of fog still. Temps are in mid40s and going up to 70F today.
Yesterday turned out to be a beautiful day. I put some compost in the newly expanded areas of the flower beds.
Put most of the Christmas decorations away.
and helped in the bathroom-painting job.
    Same for today.

Good day everyone, Chilly and Willy are still hanging around, I suspect they will not leave till March or April. In the mean time their cousin Whitey is scheduled to make an appearance.......maybe. Their social director is always vacillating between yes, no and maybe.

Good Friday morning all. Currently -7°C and overcast. We had more snow overnight and it must have been windy as there are drifts in the driveway. Have I mentioned lately how much I hate winter?
Have a great day all :)
