Happy Tuesday morning. A little cooler overnight with lows in the lower 50s. 60% chance of rain later on and then increasing to 80-100% chance tomorrow.
But.. it's still warm with highs in the 70s.
One of my aunts wants some bigger containers for a few of her plants. Going to stop by after work and see if I have some the size she needs. Plus she just got more photos of my great-grandparents.... can't wait to see those.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -3°C and overcast. Had a lovely walk thru the garden center yesterday, even though there wasn't too many plants in it yet. Bought a lovely new Hummingbird feeder (50% off!) and seeds for my veggie garden. All I need now is spring!
Have a great day all :)

I read somewhere they are collecting flowers for flood victims and storm damage place. Once they have a house. Wish I was younger. would load up our picks up with air -roofing and framing nailer, ladders and table saws and go help.Seen they are redoing flooded houses in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Helped family member Gut s house there.Very Sad to see-20 feet over flood stage.

Good morning all!! We got rain all night long and this morning I found 4.625 inches in the really large rain gauge out front. It stopped about an hour ago and I am afraid to look at the radar online, there might not be anymore coming our way and that would be depressing since I was promised it would rain until about 6 p.m. tonight.

This kind of heavy rain probably created some good run of.f That is what the local lakes need to start raising their water level....which in turn will mean that we will not be running out of water early this summer.

Good day everyone, it's so mild I just know winter is over. Good!! Now to figure what seeds get planted. I have new seed trays this year. They use to be photography developing trays 30" x 30," almost a garden in themselves. Spring has to be right around the corner.......hmmmmm......I only see a holly bush.......wrong corner!!

Good evening! I had to go to College Station to the medical center this morning. Our neighbor kindly offered to drive us. I'm happy that he did because I would have turned around and came back. There was heavy rain, thunder, lightning and wind. It's still raining but more misting, drizzle right now.

    Good rainy day

Supposed to be 80% chance of rain today. I think I'll just stay in probably, no real reason to get out in it. 60 degrees so it won't be too cold, just a wet one. :'(

Happy Thursday morning. Well the storms brought just under 3 inches of rain to my house! Nice to see some standing water in the swamp-areas again. :-D
Slight chance of rain today and highs in the mid 60s.
Well.... time to break down and take the truck to the shop to see what's making the rattling noises and get it fixed.

Good morning! Sun is coming and going and coming and going but no rain. We had three or four inches yesterday.I don't have a guage, just a guesstimate on what's in containers around the yard. Going to be a nice day. I don't want to do yesterday over.
No damage here except for lawn chairs, table, etc. blown over the yard.

Good morning all. We had a little more rain early this morning and now the official total of rain on my garden is 5 inches. Bad news is our water supply lake is still 10 below normal so the watering restrictions will remain.

Today I hope to finish my gardening plans for this year. Evidently I am an infernal optimist, even with the predictions for the upcoming summer I am planning what seeds to start and where the plants will go.

Jerry, I have about 7 of those photography trays (not nearly as large as yours though) to use too. Randy has had darkroom equipment for years, he used to do a lot of black and white photos. But with the price of black and white film way too high, he is getting rid of it and I inherited his trays.

Good day everyone, I had my ears lowered today and went shopping for bathroom tiles. I sanded a wall after I changed an wall outlet from 2 to 4 sockets. Time to check the rice. :)
