Happy Monday morning. I didn't watch the news last night... so I have no idea of what to expect, weatherwise, today. Hope it doesn't rain, I left the cushions for the swing out!
Since yesterday was gorgeous... nothing but sunshine... I planted up a couple of containers. And then I just couldn't stop myself. There were a few things in containers that were on the schedule to be put in the ground this spring. I figured, if they made it all winter outside with no protection... then they should be okay in the ground now. and it can't hurt that the ground is saturated... no worries about them needing water and our temps should be in the upper60s-mid 70s all week.

Soaking slow drizzle. A day to cuddle up in a blanket with a cup of hot tea. Amazing to see all the walkers out and about; must be the webbed-footed Washingtonians. :-D Will join them later.

Happy Tuesday morning! It's kinda overcast out this morning but just the perfect temps. Right around 60 now and should be in the lower 70s later on.

Good morning! It's early, still dark and cool. What am I doing up at 4:30 am? Guess I should go back to bed and start the day over at a later hour.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 1°C and sunny. What a lovely morning!
Been having intermittent troubles with my internet connection, so I finally arranged for someone to come over and fix it today. Funny, it's been working fine for the first time in WEEKS and he hasn't been here yet! Have a great day all :)

Happy Wednesday morning. Sort of a foggy start to the day and warm. It might even reach 80F today! Won't be long before we'll have to have the AC on full time.

Good morning all. Should be in the upper 70's today and low 80's tomorrow. And if the cold from one of the weather guys is talking about comes to pass, it could be 50 degrees cooler than that sometime around the first of March.
I am not putting plants in the ground until either after it happens or we find out it isn't going to happen.

Caught possum #2 overnight. I am going to let the animal control person keep the trap for a few weeks, I know there are still more out there cause I see them wandering around on other streets. But I think the warning has gone out that my yard is the Bermuda triangle of the neighborhood so they may stay away for a few weeks. If they start showing up again, then I will ask for it back.

Good Afternoon! I went back to bed and started the day again about 8 am. It was some cloudy and looked like it might rain. No fog though. We went down to Bryan to finish our shopping and it did NOT rain on us this time. sun was shining and when we passed a thermometer it said 81 degs. T-shirt weather today and tomorrow then back to sweatshirts or jackets.

Waiting for day light to see what it is doing. This area was to get light dusting of snow. Jerry just came down stairs-says they have changed forecast -8 inches. Wait and see if I go to work.
