Happy Friday evening. It was such a pretty day, I took half the day off work. I got a few things accomplished and I still have two whole days to "play"!
There were fluffy white clouds mixed in with some darker ones. But no rain. And thank goodness there was a breeze, because the 80+ temps were feeling a bit warm and muggy.
And my "good" brother came by and fixed the shower. woohooo! As dirty as I get... baths just don't work.

It was a good day in some ways. It started off cloudy but turned sunny. I stayed mostly inside because it was a bit breezy and I didn't feel like breezy today. I did sit out with Chance after supper. She likes to supervise our road and warn people to move along. Tomorrow I have to dig the small bed by the back deck. I have 22 zucchini plants come up and they need to be thinned out when they get a bit bigger. Beans are up, beets are doing well and tomatoes are getting flowers. I think everything will need a bit of food.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently 7°C and very foggy. The fog is so thick and heavy it looks like we had a good rain, and of course I can't see 2 feet ahead of myself. Yesterday, I took my daughter skating and then came home and got right back to work in the gardens. I was out until dark and can't wait to get back at it today. Have a great day all :)

Mora na maidine dhuit(top of the morning to you), the sun will be in and out for most of the day as it prepares to warm up tomorrow. There will be fog in some costal and river areas for parts of the morning. The Leprechauns won't be getting a sunburn today.

Happy Saturday morning. It's cloudy, but the sun is trying to peak through. There's a slight chance of rain today, but nothing that is going to keep me indoors. I'll be getting the last of the mowing and done and then edging. I was going to give the fruit trees a drink, but we're supposed to have a good rain on Tuesday. So I'll hold off on that.
My aunt has some houseplants she wants repotted, so I do that once my chores are completed.
    Happy St. Patricks Day!

One of those days when a lot gets done, but, it doesn't look like it. Been working outside since the fog lifted about 9 of the clock or so. Trashwood, burned. Bed edges, half done. Asparagus bed, ready for planting. Potato bed, half done. Me, all in. Time for a bite and a pint or five!

P.S. I think I'm done with canna. More trouble than they're worth. I should have some rhizomes available for postage.

What a day! I went and picked up fertilizer and lime and then planted a tree for a friend, then came home and worked in the greenhouse the rest of the day. Got my ferns almost all divided and planted, 15 or so, flats of cal wonder peppers planted 3 flats of eggplant and 24 more flats filled and watered in, waiting for Monday so I can continue planting peppers and impatiens, a few herbs that are up and a few more odds and ends.
