    Good Friday morning all! Currently -8 deg C here and overcast. We are still waiting for snow, but weatherman says we won't be getting any for at least a week. I noticed on my way to town yesterday there are a lot of snowmobiles for sale!

    Good morning all. Ursual got her teeth cleaned yesterday. They used too much anathesia and we were waiting from 9am to 5:30p. Doncha know we had a fun day. She is fine this morning tho. Whew.

    Thanks, Bethie. I have and will some more. Her big long teeth ate all her breakfast this morning, so I guess she is well on her way to recovery......with clean teeth. We will not have it done again as she is 9 yo in January. No more anathesia for our baby doggie.

    Morning all....well afternoon for me now really. It is a dreary, wet and windy day here in Essex. I was hoping to get out and rake the grass to get up the last of the leaves but I don't think I will be doing that this year!

    Good aftermorning folks on a bright but chilly 30th December. Had a mini-reunion with my old college buddies last night so that explains the late morning greeting :rolleyes: Off to make a mug o' tea, does anyone want one?

    Good morning all. Our rain is over and no more in the forecast before middle of next week....the ground just might be dry enough to accept more by then.
    We had almost forgotten what that much rain sounded like, it has been so long since we had really good rain that lasted for hours.

    Anyway, we are going out to my Mom's for a late Christmas family get together and to start helping her clear out some of her things. In March her landlord is going to be remodeling the house she is renting so she will be moving into a government subsidized apartment in Feb.

    A very gray Saturday morning here in Southern Ontario with light snow falling. Currently -4 deg C with highs of 2 deg expected. I guess this snow will be turning to rain later. I got another seed catalogue yesterday...sure is a lot of good stuff in there.
