    Milder here today too and the wind has dropped enough for me to clear up outside - yet again!! :rolleyes: Ian's returned to work so I'm back to my routine at home which I must admit is rather nice. :-D

    Good Thursday morning all. Currently sitting at 3 deg above freezing. Sun today then rain moving in this evening.
    I am not missing the holidays...I still have everyone home until next monday when the kids go back to school and hubby goes back to work. That's when I will be able to get back to my routine.

    Morning all. Nippy at 45 this morning plus we got over an inch of rain last night. I was expecting only about half an inch if we got any. With all the rain we have been getting lately, the lake levels are still 15-18 feet below normal and the lakes are the water supplies for the cities. We need these storms to hover over the lakes and rain for many days before the drought is broken.

    I am really glad the holidays are over. Randy went into the office yesterday but works from home today and tomorrow and even when he was gone yesterday, Amanda was still at home. No shoving everyone out the door and having the days to myself, but we are back to the routine that passes for normal here.

    Good morning. warm here and rain is on its way. Normal is back around here too. Donna starts seeing clients again, but that means only walking through the door into her office. Her secretary comes back to work too, so while the rest of you get your house back, mine gets filled up with people.

    Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- it's a mild 51 this morning and cloudy..no rain yet. Things pretty much normal here I guess. With the holidays we've had I'm staying confused on my days -- but being confused is not usual [​IMG] for me I guess. Hope you all are having a good week.

    Happy Thursday, gang. :-D
    It's warm and heavily overcast here today, just the occasional spit of moisture, so far.

    I have several bags of Tulip bulbs that I received as gifts at the holidays,
    I'll plant them in pots to go near the front door, for spring color ,
    but it's so warm that I don't know if it is wise to plant them now?
    On the other hand, I don't want to let them lie around until they start to mildew . . .
    urgh, :rolleyes: decisions, decisions

    One thing that I think I will do this afternoon,
    is to wash all the bottles from my hanging bottle tree.
    It's gotten kinda grimy :oops: and, I'd like to see it all sparkly clean again. :D

    Good Morning afternoon,It started raining
    as I was leaving the plant last night by the time I drove 21 miles it was pouring and sloshing.I got home in a heavy down pour.It rained hard all night long .It is a really damp muggy morning.
    Its suppose to rain more today.I had turned my rain gage upside down to keep it from freezing so will turn it right to see how much more we get.

    Good morning! Actually it's just past noon. I've gotten quite a lot done this morning. It's a nice day but rain is predicted for tomorrow. Of course, since it is a day off. Oh, well! I saw a few daffidols up in the front flower beds this morning. I think it is early. Last year they got snowed on and I think it might happen again this year. Dooley

    Goood aftermorning all Stewbies. Well today is the last day of my Ireland vacation so time to tie up all the loose ends, gets packing again and make my final visits to relatives etc... 3 weeks went really quick :eek: Can't wait to get back to my broadband connection too :D
