    Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -25°C and sunny. Thank goodness there is no wind or it would be brutal out there! I think I'll try a different kind of stew and home made bread today ... it's that kind of day! Have a great day all :)

    Good morning all....if you like 50 degrees and clear, sunny skies, but it's not my idea of good winter weather. Some are saying that February for us in north Texas should be colder and wetter than normal...I hope, I hope, I hope. ;)

    I make acidopholus capsules for hubby and daughter to take, they are both lactose intolerant but I never thought about taking it for what ails me too. I usually increase my yogurt intake at times like this.

    :stew2: good morning.......another cold day, and maybe a couple more with snow for tomorrow....was at one of the dollar stores the other day, and they already had displays of seeds and other gardening things......spent about ten bucks on seeds and a couple pairs of cotton gloves...a good start.....plus gave me a dose of optimism for the spring!

    Happy Thursday morning. Too foggy to head to work just yet. I actually got about 3 miles down the road and turned around. Supposed to be nice and sunny later on with highs in the low 70s.

    Morning all. 75 yesterday and the same if not a little warmer today :rolleyes: Warm enough last night that we had to turn on the window AC unit to sleep comfortable.

    Better go fill the bird feeders, their squawking is getting closer and closer to the house and it's beginning to look like the school yard scene from the movie The Birds out in the front garden. :eek:

    Good Friday morning all. Currently -15°C and overcast. This morning's temperatures feel almost warm compared to the last 2 mornings. It's a day off school today, so I'm taking my son to look at paintball supplies :rolleyes: There is a paintball park open not far from here, and my son and his friends have big plans this spring.     Happy Fri,Lovely day out there,through the window! Actually not too bad for a Jan day in Iowa. Hubby took his walk .I do my walking,stretching,aerobics in here.
    Yesterday on the farm news the climatologist said we will get some drought relief coming up.I think I heard we are now at 16 inch moisture deficit.Yikes!
