Good Friday morning all. It's already 8 deg C here at 8:00 am. We must have had a good rain last night...there appears to be a small lake on the front lawn! Boy reggaefan, you sure have had some nasty weather lately, glad you made it thru OK. Hope Jan is OK too.
    Have a great day all!

Good Morning all. Rained all night here and yard is partly under water and a gross mushy mess. Floor is disgusting and dog towels are already all wet-at least its Friday!

Good morning all. We made it through the storms last night with no damage. The lightning/thunder woke my up around 4am. The sun is shining this morning and all is right with the world, at least at my house.

Whew! I'm so relieved to see that the contingent from La. is "in the house" this morning. :-D
Just caught the national weather and I was shocked  to see just how violent
last night's storm turned out to be.

We've had on-and-off rain, yesterday and overnight, but the front that slammed
La. isn't due here until sometime tonight, :-? I hope it's not like what you all endured!

Good Morning. It is overcast and 48 out today. The air feels like you are walking through water. Maybe it will dry out later. No special plans for today so will do whatever comes up. Have a good day. Wannabe

Good morning all. Cloudy and sorta cool this morning, no rain in the forecast until tomorrow evening.

Glad to see that the southern La. group made it thru the storms.

Nothing really planned for today and that feels soooooo good after all the planned days during the holidays.
I think I will finish the dishes then knit on my poncho and listen to the Fellowship of the Ring on tape. I have read the
series three times but this way I can do two things at once. :-D

Oh dear we woke up to rain and strong winds AGAIN!!! I really hoped we were in for a spell of good weather too. :(
Still it's pretty mild for this time of year though and everything is sprouting in the garden. :)

Good Saturday morning all. It's a very wet and foggy morning here and sitting at 7 deg C. The small lake on my front lawn is growing and my sump pump is working overtime. I managed a walk thru my gardens yesterday and discovered that there are many things trying to grow. Not sure of the long range forcast, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before it gets cold and snowy. That should really mess up these plants. On the bright side, only 72 days left till spring!!
    Have a great day all.

    Hi y'all,
The heavy rains passed through pretty quickly last night, but I don't see any wind damage,
and the morning air is sparkling bright, like it's been washed clean.
The daffodils are growing so fast, I can see the difference since yesterday!!
