Good morning! Cold here this morning! dr says it was 34 degrees at 7 am. It was 46 degrees at 9 am and now it's 60 degrees. It's going up to 75 today. The sun is shining. I covered some things last night and they are looking good this morning.

Good Monday morning all! Currently 10°C and raining. I did manage to extend a garden, plant bulbs, and do some garden cleanup before the rain started yesterday. Today, I am starting some serious fall cleaning in the house. Now that I am home again, it's time to de-clutter and give everything a good scrubbing.
    **Great news Toni!**
Have a great day all :)

Happy Monday morning. It's a bit warmer today... lower 60s to almost 80F and there's a 50% chance of rain today.
I love this time of year... cooler temps, a little rain. Not alot of work to do in the garden except a few weeds here and there. Just sit back and enjoy the show! :stew2:

Happy Tuesday morning. Got rain yesterday off and on all day. But not much accumulation... probably around 1/8th inch. It's still overcast this morning but should be clearing and reaching the upper 70s.
Last meeting tonight before the big event this weekend. I'm all set and ready to get these plants sold and to their new homes. :stew2:

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently 5°C and overcast. At least the wind has finally died down! Managed to wrestle in the Oleander's and other plants that I want to over winter. Only got half the kitchen cleaned up before I realized I had veggies to bring in before the freeze. Today I have to finish that job! Have a great day all :)

Happy Wednesday morning. It was 49F when I left home this morning... supposed to get up to the lower 80s and clear blue skies. Still really nothing to do out in the flower beds... everything is taking care of themselves (with a little help from ma nature) and still looking good.

Winter came to Iowa yesterday! It turned the tropicals to mush.I thought I had everything safely in the greenhouse but shortly before daylight I decided I should bring in some fancy caladiums I sent for.I haven't saved caladiums because it is easy to pick up a bag in spring but these were special. So there we were in the light rain, snow mix hauling them in.Then last night I remembered 2 begonias & all the amaryllis.Whew! That was close.
Looking out this AM,I still see my tub with the grass & petunias looking pretty good.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently 4°C and raining. Again. I'm very thankful that I finished work last week because it has been a horrible week of weather! Off to do errands and shopping today. Have a great day all :)

Happy Thursday morning. Just a tad warmer this morning... it was 52F when I left home. Another beautiful clear and warm day in-store. With only slight chances of rain in the forecast, I guess I'd better do some watering this evening.

Nice and sunny here today, high in low 80's. No snow here and t-shirts with no jackets.
Sewing today and packing for Saturday.
Tomorrow, scans! Hopefully they will all turn out with negative results.
