Good morning all. We are cold here, but not yet freezing. I guess that's coming.
Hey, my desktop is back from the fixit place. New logic board and power supply. Same thing happened last March. Hmmmmm.. Thank heavens for Applecare.

Good Morning/afternoon everyone -- 33 and cloudy here this morning. Quite a difference from the 60-some degrees yesterday morning. Not going to get too warm today. Been watching the bad weather and ice all around. Glad to see most everyone on the "stew" is doing ok. Have a great day.

Good morning all. A very sunny 22F here at 8 am. Fired up the woodstove while Dooley is still snug abed. Even the sunlight feels frozen this morning.

A nippy 26 this morning and cloudy. Just an off chance of light snow flurries during the day and maybe some snow showers tomorrow.

We had to buy a new stereo last week, the last shopping stop we made before driving home in torrential downpours Friday evening. It has a 5 CD changer....I have 5 Rod Stewart CD's....perfect match this morning :-D

We found out last week that one of Amanda's school friends is joining the Navy this spring. I am knitting her a couple of scarves and ponchos for her off-duty times as a going away gift. Since there will be no yard work this week, I have plenty of time to get them done.

It is funny how we show our ages. Toni, you had to buy a new stereo. I would have to buy a new Hi FI. Your daughter would call it something else altogether. Dunno what. Sound system????
Good on ya for doing all that knitting. My fingers never would cooperate.

Jan, I am not that much younger than you.
When I was a kid, my Dad learned electronics by building radios and record players from Heath Kits (got him a 30 year career with IBM as one of the few non-college grads they ever hired), building the speaker cabinets and getting everything just right when stereo first came into being. I referred to it as Hi-Fi once and only once, got a long lecture about the use of that phrase and have never used it again. :-D

Godd Morning. It was 10 here this morning with wind chill -3F. Gene took Fred out this morning as my last trip last evening had me sliding across the grass on my tummy, without a sled. I'm kind of stiff this morning. Wannabe

We sprinkled our deck with kitty-litter (regular clay kind) and it has helped. Hope you are un-stiffened soon!

Pretty snow today, we're playing in it. The kids were mildly bummed that it hit on a homeschool day so they still have to do their work, unlike the public school kids who are out running around on holiday. ;-) But don't worry - they've had plenty of recesses!

Good Morning all. Bitter cold here especially since it's still so wet outside. Woke in the night freezing so I reach over and hold hubbys hand for a few minutes. He is just like a heater-then I am warm and can go back to sleep. Or as hubby puts it- I use him then throw him away. What a drama queen.
