Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 0°C and overcast. I think the "winter blahs" are setting in ... so tired of the cold and snow and these 4 walls. 64 days until spring is officially here! Have a good day everyone :)

Happy Tuesday morning. Woke up to frost... I didn't realize it was going to get that cold. I could have sworn "they" said the low would be in the 40s. Oh well... it wasn't too heavy... but surprising still the same. And lows will be in the mid30s for the rest of the week, with highs near 70F.
Busy day today... dentist appt., meet with a cousin about my uncle's memorial service, meeting at the church. Whew.... glad I'm at work so I can get some rest. :stew2:

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -3°C and overcast. I was awake part of the night and so I am very tired today. I think it may be a lazy day for me. Have a great day all :)

Happy Wednesday morning. It was around 38F when I left home this morning. Temps aren't expected to get out of the mid 50s today. The next few nights will be close to freezing... but should be warming up to the 60s and low 70s by the weekend. No rain in sight. I think I'll give everything out there a good watering this weekend.

Good morning all. Started out at 34F/1C this morning but should be in the 50F/10C range this afternoon and the same all week. Nary a drop of rain in the forecast for at least the next week.

Good Thursday morning all. Currently -8°C and overcast. I do see some blue sky in the distance, so maybe I'll get to see some sunshine today! Off to do some errands and shopping and also an appointment with my chiropractor. I go about every 6 weeks just to keep things lined up. Have a great day all :)

Happy Thursday morning. Woke up to frost this morning as the "out the door" temp showed 33F. Clear blue skies. Highs expected to be in the upper 60s. I'm getting the gardening itch... so I'll be getting my seed starting area set up this weekend.

Good morning all. Just can't get all excited about the warmer, sunny weather we are having when it means yet another hot, dry summer is getting closer.

Happy Friday morning. A little warmer this morning with temps in the low 40s and a high expected to be in the mid60s. Clear blue skies. No rain in sight.
I'm sooooooo ready for the weekend (3 days off!). Taking my cousin out to dinner tonight before he returns to New Mexico. Then Saturday... water water water. The fruit trees get it first. It's supposed to be gorgeous, so I'm sure I'll find lots to do in the garden.

Good morning all. In the cleaning process, my craft room and closet have gotten filled with stuff. The kind of stuff that when you unearth it from the far back of a closet you wonder "what on earth was I drinking when I bought that?" We made a trip to a local charity thrift store yesterday afternoon to get things out of the house before I could drink whatever it was I had been drinking and start thinking maybe I should keep that afterall.

Cleaning in my room is much more fun now, Randy got me a TV to put in there that has a built in DVD player so I can play some of my favorite movies...the ones I really don't have to watch closely since I have already seen them at least 2 dozen times and can say the dialogue with the actors.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently -6°C and snowing. Off to an hour of skating class with my daughter and then headed to a funeral. One of the owners of the greenhouse I use died this week of a massive heart attack. He was only 65. :( Enjoy every day because you never know when it will be your last.

Happy Saturday morning. Internet is down so this is my first post from my phone. 50f right now and breezy. High should be in upper 60s with nothing but sunshine. Going to start some seeds and water water water. Now that didn't take too long to type. (Yes it did. ) :-D

Good morning! It's sunny and upper 60's today. Not sure what I will do today. Need to water the birds. Yesterday I saw a pearl gray pigeon and this morning I saw a red-headed woodpecker. Mostly it's little birds, cardinals and blue jays. But, there are lots and lots and lots of them.

Afternoon all. Almost 60 deg now, going up close to 70 the next 2 days :( I guess that's okay since I need to pick up trash that has blown from careless neighbors trash cans into my garden and maybe do a little garden prep work.

We have elevated/high risk wildfire alerts around here. High wind, low humidity and no rain for way too long.....again.
