Good Morning/afternoon everyone - A very cold 26 degrees here this morning. Kind of cloudy but the sun is trying to peek through a little. I'll have to get that car warmed up before I go out this morning. Enjoying a second cup of hot coffee. Can't believe it's the middle of the week already. Have a great Wednesday.

WoooooHoooooo, 27 this morning and it snowed sometime during the night. We have the usual layer of ice on the streets first, I don't remember us ever having snow without the layer of ice first, just the way it happens here. Not much snow but at least I have some snow on the ground. I put a couple of pictures in my blog this morning.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently sitting at -7 deg here in Southern Ontario. Boy was it cold last night! I could hear my old house creaking and cracking while I was laying in bed, and I was very glad that I was inside and cozy.
Been a busy morning for me...I'm FINALLY getting the paint up in the bathroom! Only took me 3 years :setc_029:
    Have a great day all!

Good morning! I finally crawled out of that nice warm bed. It's 32F outside but it's 62F in the kitchen. It's coming up. I'm not sure what we'll be doing today. I still have to get grandma's birthday present bought and sent. What do you get for someone living in a very small room and who doesn't really need things? Dooley

Dooley, when my grandparents got very very old, I got them audio book subscriptions and a simple cassette recorder. I suppose the same thing could be done today with a CD player. They were all readers, but their eyes simply would not cooperate anymore. An Ipod crammed full of books would be great as well. Or crammed full of music for that matter.

Well, torrential rain and gales (again! ) during the night. The rain's stopped but we still seem to have the gales. :(
