Good Saturday morning all. Currently -14°C and overcast. Yesterdays winds have finally died back a bit and the snow has stopped. Off to skating with my youngest this morning. Tomorrow is her first competition so it's her last day to practice. Have a great day all :)

Happy Saturday morning. Good morning to sleep in. Overcast and still kinda cold. But it's supposed to be clearing and warming up to the low 60s.
A few chores to take care of in town today, and then go visit one of my aunts for her birthday.
Then I suppose I'll just putter around in the yard doing some clean up.

After days of predicted snow we have finally got some. The snow brought warmer temps and some much needed moisture. Everything had been looking very droopy and dry previously with temperature dropping into the sub freezing, around 16 F. Supposed to warm up above 40 F tomorrow. We'll see how close they are on the weather forecast by looking out the window.

Happy Sunday morning. Foggy start to the day. But it burn off soon I'm sure. We might reach 70F today. Nothing really planned. I'll continue with my slow clean-up outside. Don't want to get too ahead of myself since we're probably going to get one more blast of winter. And then it had better be over!

Good evening! It was foggy and cloudy this morning but the sun came out and it got into the 70's and no breeze to cool it off. It was a beautiful day. Tomorrow and Tuesday are going to be cold and rainy with a wintery mix on Tuesday. Then, I guess it will start to warm up again on Wednesday and have more sun on Thursday. That's as far as I checked on it. Have a good evening now.

Good Monday morning all. Currently -16°C and clear. It is a very pretty morning, with all the trees wearing a lovely layer of white frost. We had a great day at the skating competition yesterday, my daughter scoring a silver. We stayed and cheered for other members of the club for a few hours and then headed home. It was a good experience for her. We were all a little slow getting up this morning, but the kids are all off to school. Have a great day all :)

Happy Monday morning. I'm still at home. The fog is too heavy to drive into work yet. Will leave in about half hour or so. Hopefully. It's almost 60F right now. Not sure how much more it'll warm up. Plus it's supposed to be a little drizzly. And then temps dropping to near freezing by morning. I'm so tired of this weather-roller-coaster! Wait. I'd better not complain, it cold just stay cold.

Good morning all. Temp dropped overnight, 32 right now but just hovering around that all day with drizzle but not much chance of anything freezing....maybe tomorrow though. ;)

I am going to pull out seeds today, some are way too old to be viable since I tend to hang onto things "just in case I might want it someday" The birds will enjoy a new variety in their peanut butter smear tomorrow.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently -19°C and sunny. I have been noticing the longer daylight this week and it makes me smile. Now, we just need some milder temperatures to melt some of this snow! The cat caught 3 baby mice in the house last night (YUCK!) which means I have some serious cleaning to do and some traps to set. I hate mice! Have a great day all :)
