Happy Friday morning. Warm and muggy here with temps from 70-80F. Foggy. Drizzly all day with storms likely this afternoon.
I was going to take half a day off work if the weather was nice, but no need in wasting vacation time if I can't be outside playing!

Good morning, almost! It was sunny here most of the morning and now it's cloudy and 78 degrees. Went to some yard sales. Will post a couple of pictures when I get them into the computer. We are going back to one to see if anything is left.

Good afternoon all. Overcast, warm and very muggy, ICK!!

I have a list of projects for Randy to work on this afternoon, course he took off to return a computer he had worked on to a friend and has been gone quite a while....anything to get out of those projects ;)

Our youngest grandson is in his schools production of Annie tonight, he plays the dog and a couple of other parts. Should be fun, except for that song I dislike.

Good Saturday morning all. Currently -1°C and overcast. It was a nice dog walk this morning ... the snow is finally starting to melt and there are birds singing everywhere. Today is my daughters skating show, the grand finale. She will miss it over the summer, but it will be nice to have more spare time. Soccer starts the end of May, so I have a few weeks yet. Have a great day all :)

Good morning all. We are heading out to Ranger to visit my Mom's grave and make sure the headstone was engraved correctly, visit with a cousin and her hubby for a while and head home. Also have some addresses to write down for my family history of where we and other relatives live/lived out there.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday, keep warm or cool whatever is needed where you are. A bit chilly here this morning.

    See you all this evening.

Happy Saturday morning. That storm finally moved through here last night bringing almost an inch of rain to my yard. And some cooler temps. It's in the mid 50s now, cloudy and a little breezy. But it's supposed to clear out and reach the mid to upper 70s. Sure hope they're right... I've got LOTS to do outside. Weed and mulch. Plant. Take down winter house. Move plants out of the house. And I'm sure there's more too. Come on sun!

Good Sunday morning all. Currently -5°C and sunny. There is a rather large lake down the front of the property - that means the snow is MELTING! I will be nice to have the rest of my driveway back, as well as my gardens. Boy it has been a long, cold winter but it's time for Spring now! Yestedays skating carnival was a great success, and today we will go have a pot luck lunch with our skating family. Have a great day all :)

Good morning all. We are at 40 degrees. As I gaze out the window I am seeing my backyard for the first time in 3 months without snow. It's almost all gone, overnight. So good to see what will be green grass after such a long time. Our front garden is all mulch and walkway as it should be. No more snow out there except the piles from plowing.

Go good to see. It's a great relief.

Happy Sunday morning. It looks like it's going to be another gorgeous day. Temps from mid50s to upper70s and lots of good ol' sunshine! I still have a lot to do to get the beds in shape. Today's first task... the Lily beds. Weed, feed and mulch. I ordered some more Orientals and they should be here by next week. Then onto the other small beds and finally clearing out the winterhouse. The "big bed" will have to be slowly done throughout the week after work. And I should be able to get a couple of truckloads of mulch for it next weekend. Let the playing begin (after it warms up just a tad).

It's going to be 75 here today but it's cool now and there's just a bit of wind. Hopefully I can go outside and do things instead of just walking on the treadmill. Had two muffins for breakfast. No one can eat just one muffin, hot from the oven with butter on it. Could you?

Good afternoon all, warmish today and getting warmisher and warmisher during the upcoming week. I do have lots of things to get busy on out in the garden and LOTS of plants to get potted or planted.

Randy got my hose-system set up this weekend, no more dragging the one long and heavy hose around to 5 different locations to get everything watered in the limited hours we are allowed to water. Will start using it this evening since we are dry again and will end March with less than 1.5 inches of rain.

I pulled weeds today Toni and the dirt hanging on the roots is very damp. The weeds pulled easily, too. I hope you get some of the rain that we have been having. Everything is growing fast and faster. I need to get to digging so I can plant what's in the greenhouse before they outgrow the little pots.
