Good Monday morning all. Currently -4°C and sunny. It is finally going to start feeling like spring, with a high of 10°C expected. Finally!!! We had a wonderful time at the pot luck lunch yesterday, and my daughter was recognized as the top skater in her level! She gets her name put on a trophy in the showcase and received a medal with her name engraved on it. She was beaming :) Skating is over for the year, soccer starts in a month. Today I will be cleaning house and hopefully spending some of the day outside. Have a great day all :)

I have the same deal in the front garden. The hoses are just below ground level, therefore we have to drain them in the fall. They are great in Summer to water without the drudge of dragging hoses long distances and then putting them away.

We actually have hoses all over our 2 and half acres, wherever there are gardens.

    Good Morning Monday .

Sunny day here but can skate to the car. Oh wow you people are into your gardens already. Yippee. How nice. Interesting talk with your water hoses. Then how you have to fix them to hook up for more length to get to your gardens and acres of gardens.. Enjoy your gardens.

Toni, would love to see/ hear more about your water set- up. Its another pretty day here with temps from mid50s to 80f. But I'm stuck sitting here waiting on my aunt at the doctor office. Oh well. .. I kinda needed a little rest from yesterday's weed feed mulch tasks. I got the winterhouse dismantled and put away. Now to put the plants back and get that area cleaned out an mulch. Then maybe some mowing since its dried up a bit.

Afternoon all. Breezy and sunny, only thing making it decent outside is the breeze keeping me cool white I was cleaning out the front garden....still got another day of that to do since I was planting new plants as I cleaned out spots.
Supposed to hit 80+ for the next 4 days, probably will to when there are darn few clouds in the sky. Might rain on Weds but we are ending March really bad off in the lack of rain department. Another city just west of us has gone on almost total water restrictions, no car washes, no out door watering of any kind, even with a handheld hose. I think part of the problem is all the wind farms that have been put up just a little west of us, it's got to be disrupting the normal weather patterns.

Cheryl, I just took some photos of the new hose set up, it's not underground since we have black clay and gardens full of plants. I'll get a photos and explanation posted in a few.

Good Tuesday morning all. Currently 2°C and overcast. It was an absolutely gorgeous spring day yesterday (about time!) and I spent the afternoon outside. Snow is melting, but very slowly. Probably a good thing or there would be flooding. Rain in the forecast today so I should get some housework done! Have a great day all :)

Happy Tuesday morning. Temps from mid60s to lower80s today. It was kinda drizzling & misty this morning but isn't supposed to rain more, just stay a little overcast. I didn't get everything I wanted accomplished yesterday, so hopefully the weather will remain nice throughout the week... I can get in a couple hours of "play" after I get home from work. The grass really needs cutting again.

Good morning all, warm and muggy here today and not a breeze to be felt  so with that weather and the fact that I can barely move from working in the front garden yesterday I think today is a good day to sit and read.

Good Wednesday morning all. Currently -1°C and overcast. A few things to do inside this morning. I should be done by the time the sun comes out this afternoon, and then I can go outside! Have a great day all :)

Good morning. I just stuck my head out the door to check it out. Chilly, 40 degrees but smells like Spring out there. Should be nice today. I may get out there to do some leaf clearing or something but first I must clean garlic and freeze it. A deal won't be a deal if the food you buy goes bad.

Happy Wednesday morning. Another misty morning with temps from low 70s to mid 80s. Supposed to be cloudy again all day. Hopefully it won't rain so I can get at least the front yard mowed this evening.

Good Morning all Carol Ann from Canada.

Seen a robin to-day. Ya! Going afternoon to town. Snow is gradually melting.
